  • Welcome to your dream coastal retreat! Nestled just steps away from the Surfside Beach sandy shores, this exquisite 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom beach house offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal living. Sea Chic is located just 200 steps from the beach!

    As you enter, a gourmet kitchen featuring modern appliances, granite countertops, and a convenient breakfast bar – perfect for entertaining or casual family meals greets you.

    Situated on the first floor, adjacent to the kitchen, is a spacious bedroom featuring a full bathroom and a private deck that offers picturesque views of the stunning pool area. The rest of the bedrooms are situated on the upper floor, providing ample space for the entire family to enjoy. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer provided.

    Step outside onto the expansive deck and immerse yourself in the coastal lifestyle. Whether you're entertaining guests or simply enjoying a quiet evening, the outdoor space is perfect for dining, relaxation, and soaking in the coastal breeze.

    Enjoy your own private paradise with a sparkling pool and inviting hot tub, creating a resort-like atmosphere in your backyard. Whether you're cooling off with a refreshing dip or unwinding in the bubbling warmth of the hot tub, this outdoor space is a sanctuary for relaxation and enjoyment.

    Sea Chique is located in Surfside Beach "The Family Beach" where you are minutes from restaurants, shopping, golf courses and so much more!

    There is a parking space for three, maybe four, vehicles, and you can bring or rent a golf cart.

    ONE small, mature (under 50 pounds, over a year old) dog is permitted, with a non-refundable pet fee of $200. Cats and other pets are NOT permitted.

    Any unauthorized pets on the premises will result in a non-refundable fee of $350 per pet.

    MINIMUM AGE 23. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.

    Rental agreement must be signed upon booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.

    We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)

Great home! Traveled with my family (9 adults) and loved this place- the pool/hot tub was fun. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was the kitchen - there was only one dish towel, not a single sharp knife, the cookie sheets were warped so I had to go to the dollar general and buy a sharp knife, dish towels, and cookie sheets so everyone could cook their meals. The keurig machine needed a good cleaning. I’d recommend updating the kitchen supplies. That being said, we definitely would stay here again!! Very close to beach.

lies and deception, very small pool, rust old outside chairs metal lounge chairs hot and falling apart, the beach view was a joke, beds where old and lumpy, way to many stairs.

We had a wonderful time at Sea Chique! The location was perfect; very close to the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants in Surfside. The house layout was great with lots of indoor and outdoor space. We loved being on the front porch and the pool area. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a day of sightseeing. The house had everything we could need. The only improvements we could suggest would be an upgrade to the beds and bedding. Highly recommend this property and we hope to return next year!

The place was great for our group of 8. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Most of the common spaces, decor and bedding are outdated and the floors were not very clean but a few new touches would go a long way for the property. Can’t beat the distance to the beach, a warm hot tub for chillier nights and a backyard pool perfect for tanning!

This was our first time to this area. The house was great. The description of the house and the amenities were spot on. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was spacious and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The pool was great but the landscaping would use some work. There were a lot of weeds and debris around the pool area. Maintenance responded promptly when we had an AC issue. Would recommend/

Private Oasis in quiet neighborhood

I love staying around the locals, the neighborhood is quiet and the beach is not crowded, the house is well equipped with anything you might need, the beds had clean covers and sheets, everything in the kitchen was functional, the Private pool was a real joy.

Comfort and peace

Our second time staying here and did not disappoint, place stays always clean, we love the location, house rules a very clear, some people think is to much, but I think is fair, everyone needs to respect the house and I love that owners keep up with the main6..we would love to stay here again.

Very nice accomodations and Family oriented

Enjoyed staying at this duplex style home. I loved the open living room/dining room area. We had plenty of room to sit and talk to each other and enjoy the grandbaby!

Great location, great value.

We enjoyed a weekend getaway with friends. Plenty of room, very spacious. Great home for the value, it has a beautiful view of the beach with a very short walk to the beach access.

Family Spring Break

The house was beautiful and was located very close to the beach. Kitchen was fully equipped and the house was very clean. It was close to all of the attractions that we wanted to go to. We had a great time!!!

Nice Beach House

The house had a good location with a view of the ocean from the 2 front porches. House could use a little updating. There weee a few empty cans left out by the pool. Overall an great week with family!

Amazing place, quiet, clean, friendly neighbors.. ocean was amazing. If you’re looking for privacy and quietness this is the place . Justin was awesome, attentive and friendly. 100% would recommend this place for large groups and family getaways. 10 stars for me

Surfside Location - Priceless

This was a wonderful property. We had my family, including my Dad, my husband, my two adult children (19 & 22), one friend and Tucker (our Golden Retriever). Easy walk to the beach, great pool and hot tub, well stocked kitchen, nice rooms/bathrooms. It had it all. The best Dog-Friendly rental we have ever rented. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!
