Overall, the facility was nice. It accommodated all of our guests comfortably. The pools were nice, as well as the front desk staff. However, our view was obstructed by another building. We could see the beach to either side of the building, which was fine with us. Our main problem was the roaches. We encountered 3 live roaches in the kitchen and second bathroom (which are directly across from one another). Upon further search of the room, a roach pest control trap was found under the kitchen sink filled with a combination of dead and alive roaches. (Most likely 6-8 in total in the trap). At this point in our trip, we did not feel it was fair to leave the facility and go elsewhere if the roaches had gotten into our belongings. For the 3 remaining days of our stay, we were constantly on edge and searching for other roaches. This caused unnecessary stress during and after our trip. We did reach out to the rental management company at the end of our stay in which they proceeded to tell us they were unaware of the problem, despite having already received another review from October 2025 regarding roaches AND having the trap placed under the sink. The rental management company stated this was not an active infestation, despite our own personal research which states 1-2 live roaches classifies an active infestation. We just wanted to inform future customers. Despite the roaches, we did enjoy our stay.
