Overall, the condo is nice. We had several maintenance issues during our stay that were minor. The dryer is broken and needs to be repaired; it ruined one of our shirts and swimsuits. The view is nice from the balcony, and our young children enjoyed the daily activities and numerous pools.

Great location!

The condo was very nice and quiet. Perfect size for family of 4. Easy to get to the beach and pool. If you have younger children, you might want to stay in the other tower as it has the indoor slides and water area for smaller kids, plus scheduled activities. Many amenities for kids, which is why we booked this. The condos are central to most attractions. The spyglass mini golf was great and close by, downtown was about 10 minutes and an easy drive. North Myrtle is definitely the place to be.

Clean Room but Old

7 day stay. Our room was clean but old, Patch ceiling was falling onto the bed, floor. Freezer leaked water into fridge. Dryer was crazy noisy. All things considered the room was clean. The water park was embarrassingly dirty. Lazy river had white/green patches of "I dont know what" growing on the tile work. Water fountains were nasty. I only swam twice but the kids loved it. Great beach access. Easy parking across the street in the parking garage. Staff was great.

Not as expected

The pictures showed a view from an upper floor where it was supposed to be an angle view. Upon check in we found out we were on the 1st floor. I asked for different accommodations and was denied. We got to the room to find out we had a view of the parking lot for public access. This was my birthday and first family trip in years and this accommodation was very disappointing, and I would not have booked this condo had I known in advance. I do not feel this was fair or a fair rate for this condo as it was not transparent on the site. I also messaged the property manager the day prior to arrival and did not receive a response. Very unhappy with this booking.

Overall nice place. Resort is in need of updates for sure, but nice and accommodating and helpful polite staff. The one thing I was not please with was the frequency of housekeeping. There were 3 consecutive days where they did not tend to our room (to remove trash and supply new towels). After I called to request this service they sent someone up 4 hours later. They were likely understaffed is my guess.

Wonderful short trip!

It was great and staff we encountered were super nice! The only negative would be the indoor water slides weren’t open enough. Other than that it was great!

Overall great experience

water park was fun for the kids especially for it being off season. The room didn’t feel like an angle condo. we were in front of the ocean in each room. The jacuzzi tub was huge, the staff was friendly, and it was clean. Older condo with older appliance. The kitchen wasn’t stocked well, so if enjoy cooking for the family I would bring a baking sheet, good knifes, paper towels ( there wasn’t any) sponges or a dish brush. Overall great price great experience and the mattresses were comfortable !

Memorial Day Family Vacation

We Absolutely Loved our stay. The oceanview was amazing. The Condo was spacious enough for 3kids and 2 adults. The front desk was very helpful and fast with response. Not to mention the kids enjoyed the indoor jacuzzi, water park and pools; as well as all the scheduled activities the Resort offered. Definitely will be return. ☺️

nightmare stay

booked stay for 3 nights; stayed in room less than 24 hours; many issues toilet leaking and not flushing well in master bathroom; maintenance was notified fixed initially, left a mess and by morning had to tell them still not working (it was flushing fine but after they tried to fix leak we had to take lid off to flush) light fixtures were flickering and in fridge bed sheets were stained furniture did not look clean shower temperatures difficult to maintain 2 people (47 y.o and 80 y.o females) slipped and fell in bathtub as no safety treads to prevent this; we were told that nothing else could be done and they were doing everything they could to be safe and it wasn't enough our complaints ended up getting moved to a different room that was a little more modern and easier to get to with luggage directions and location of elevators for this room was unsafe and appalling as I would have never booked this resort if I had known that getting to room was like this and how unsafe i felt staying in that resort tried getting in touch with the owner but no response not worth the price

Dirty

Upon arrival it seemed like a nice place but once we got into our room the floors were so sticky that our shoes came off our feet and stuck to the floor. We asked for them to clean the floors and a women came and sprayed water on them and wiped them with a rag they were still dirty and definitely not disinfected. We then thought we’d check out the pool/water park area. The pools were cloudy and there was not even a hint of chlorine smell. The beds were rock solid and there was broken glass all over our balcony as well. I would not recommend this property.

Great location for the family

The condo was beautifully situated right on the beach with plenty to do nearby. The unit was comfortable with the 5 of us and the amenities made the entire stay so easy! We were placed near the street side on the 1st floor, so our balcony had a less than ideal view, but we could still see the ocean. Definitely coming back!

Way Too Pricey Considering

Of course, the property is located at the resort. The resort prices were twice as cheap as this unit (rented a room at the resort for another couple) this time of the year for the same amenities. Whatever you do don’t ask for a later check out.

Great place and location, would recommend to others

The online process was great, check-in process was a bit rough, meaning the parking was crazy and the line to check in was long and they didn’t have my correct room at first. They fixed that and the rest of our stay was great!

Nice vacation

We a good vacation here. We were placed in a different condo than the one we signed up for beacuse ours wasnt ready but it was the same size. The only complaint was having to walk across the public beach access lot to get to the other pools and restaurant.

Good time overall

Overall everything was good, only had 1 complaint and that was that all of the ceiling fans in the rooms only had 1 speed - Super Slow, luckily air conditioner worked great. Would definitely stay there again
