Upon entering the room, the place was 79 degrees when we arrived. Stated that temp all the first 2 days. North beach realty did send someone over on Sunday morning, however the air never got fixed. It ran for 6 straight days and only got down to 75. The ac leaked downstairs to the lower floor. They came up and barged in the room. Again a pain the entire trip. Place is nice except that. We had elderly people that needed the air and it was not fixed. Ac unit was out in feb of 2025. Should not be troubled. The filter looked like it had never been changed. Ever….. the trip was definitly spoiled because of this.

4th of July Fun!!

We enjoyed an amazing week at the Brigadune! 8A was an absolutely beautiful property. Unit was clean, and ready to go in advance of our scheduled 4pm check in. We will return in the future.

Weekend Getaway

First time at this condo, but very familiar with the property.Condo was very nice and accommodated six single adults very well. Would definitely stay again, and recommend for others.

Vacation

Property was nice, check in was a little difficult, nothing that couldn’t be managed though. I will say the property had a lot of unnecessary rules, especially when it came to parking. I wouldn’t recommend staying if you have young children, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Problem with door code when arrived at property. Had to call person on emergency number to open door. Code given did NOT work. Very frustrating!!

2023 Brigadune 8A

It has been updated and was much appreciated. We have been coming to Brigadune for five years now and each year it gets better. Appreciate Ed Jordan who makes usfeel at home. The weather was great and everyone including guests were very polite and manerly.

2nd time staying in this unit. Great views literally on the beach. Upgraded new carpet with plenty of room for 3-4 adults. Already reserved for 2023. Great unit for family or golf group.

This Condo was not up to par with others

I would not recommend this condo. It is outdated, air conditioner does not get below 72 so bedrooms were very uncomfortable, there is work they need to do to repair some damages they had which were not done when we stayed there so just didn’t look very nice. When I go on a vacation I like a nice updated condo with the feel of being on vacation. . We had 3 other condos rented in the brigadune with other family members and they were all updated and rooms were cool at 68 degrees. I would stay in the brigadune again but will look for a nicer updated condo since I seen others and what we had did not compare !

Fantastic, spacious condo. Corner unit. Right on beach

My husband, infant daughter and I stayed here with another couple for a week. This is a corner unit and is so spacious! The condo was clean upon arrival. Hotel linens and towels provided. We had ordered a rental crib for the week through an affiliate service and it was waiting for us in the entrance way of the condo unit when we arrived. The balcony is huge and has a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The in-suite laundry was very convenient especially having an infant with us. Lots of space for relaxing and entertaining. Loved the large kitchen counter/island between kitchen and dining area. The rental manager/contact was very helpful and responsive. Great location - walking distance to some restaurants, shops, the pier, etc. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely (and will likely) stay again.

Our stay at the Brigadune Myrtle Beach

When we arrived the sliding glass doors in living room and bedroom would not lock didn’t feel secure but they repaired it the next morning. Poor selection of cooking utensils pots and pans. No instructions how to operate TVs AC and Heating plus I had to supply my own HDMI cable for one of the TVs in the bedrooms. Other than these the property and stay were great.

I was disappointed that we could not adjust the AC. The table in the living room was really wobbly. There was not a can opener in the unit. Under the bed wasn’t very clean. All the bedroom remotes was in 1 bedroom, so we had to figure out what TVs they went with one had no batteries in it.

Property was overpriced . I've stayed in other Brigandine Condos for less money with better equiped kitchens, more comfortable beds, and much nicer bathrooms.

Brigadune 8A

Great location, check-in was easy enough. Three-bedroom condo on the 8th floor of Brigadune 8A, that is about the best I can say. This property was not clean, had to get bleach and cleaner for the bathroom. Mold was bad in both bathrooms. Balls left under living room table from past residents. Furnishings were dated, beds soft and worn. Bed covers were old enough that we were afraid to wash them feeling they may fall apart. Carpet was dated and needs to be replace and the condo could use a coat of paint. Bedroom and bathroom furniture old and worn. I understand Covid concerns but there were few amenities, no hair dryer, toaster was a two slider, coffee pot what an old stained cheap appliance. Other condos in the building appeared better but were not available for our time slot. For the price of a luxury condo we were not happy. I would not recommend this property until it is upgraded.
