Please Read

The resort in general which is not a renters issue, does not have a good reputation. The first night that my family and I arrived a man from the 14th floor jumped and fell into the resorts pool. A traumatizing experience to start your vacation is not ideal for any family. Upon research this type of thing occurs often at this resort. I recommend not booking not because of the person renting the room but because of the resort’s history. I stayed July 25-27 if you look up the news of this sad tragedy it most likely won’t show up. I imagine what over things have occurred that aren’t reported or put up in the media for others to be aware of where you are paying to stay.

Bday Girls Trip

The trip was for my Bday/Girls trip.So the location of the property and the actual resort was very clean! The condo itself was not so much! So upon arriving, we had somewhat of a difficulty with the parking garage due to miscommunication about a key card that was supposed to be used to get into the parking deck. There was not one located on the in the property parking deck. were there any decent parking passes they were left with all kinds of scratched out dates and times on them thankfully a friendly lady that lived there got us new parking passes for our vehicles! then checking into the condo was fairly easy upon entering. It was very hot in there turn up the air conditions, and I look at the air conditions and they are full of dust and debris and trash. I immediately messaged the host or whoever is in charge of the condo. It took forever to get a response. ! They said that they would send their assistant to clean it out they did a OK job didn’t address the back one that was not working at all or blowing cold air! I sent several texts called and left voice messages to no avail. No one came the rest of the trip. I would also like to include how nasty the mattress covers were very moldy and look like bug debris on them. I will include pictures ! I stay in Virbo all the time and never encountered a place that I even had to call the people about anymore put on the plus side they don’t have roaches lol They wanted a five star wasn’t able to give that !

Would have gave a 5 bc the stay overall was great but alot of the outlets didnt work and the mattress on the pull out couch wasnt comfortable but the place was clean.

Worst property bug infested

This property should not be on vrbo or any other service, bug infested stance holes in wall very dirty, walked in took pictures and left! No one answers vrbo was supposed to talk to the host for refund

Roaches

Property has roaches as well as some damages. Attempted to contact host about problem but she ignored us. We left the property so we didint bring the roaches with us. After 2 days I tried to contact her again only to be told thay there were no roaches and implied that i brought them with me. Sent her pictures only to be ignore again. Beware!

Looks can be deceiving

There wasnt a futon in the livingroom as pictured. There were no board games in the condo as mention in the listing. there wasnt adiquate bedding in the room for the very uncomfortable pull out couch in the livingroom to sleep on. There was only one elevator to access the floor the room was on and that wasnt mentioned. Poor description. only 4 bath towels for 4 days for 4 people. Very displeased.
