This condo is centrally located in a beautiful, updated building. The view of the ocean is fantastic, and the unit clean, bright, and well-stocked. The owners were kind in their communication. We did spend a good amount of our short stay dealing with a broken refrigerator, a replacement that wouldn't work on the first pass, and the loss of all our cold food groceries. All issues are handled by the front desk during the stay, and that was where our struggles were (not with the owners). We struggled to get communication on next steps for replacing the broken appliances, so we were stuck waiting in the condo for them to call or come. We also received a lecture when one of our key cards wouldn't work. We loved the condo...it was just the on-site issues that were a bit frustrating. Inspite of that, we would recommend this rental.
