There are two condos with the same street address, both with 19 stories being the penthouse condos, both have the parking across the street. We went to the one that’s address was on VRBO site. That’s where we ended up first but the door didn’t match the description. My husband realized that the ONLY difference in the two condos is the zip code. However, before we figured that out, we called two different phone numbers provided by the mgmt company and one’s mailbox was full and the other had just a repeat of the number that you were calling so you don’t even know who you’re actually calling…no name, no company it was tied to, nada. Once my husband figured it out, we drove 30 minutes back the way we came, after already driving for 10 hours. We unloaded got some door dash and got some rest. The next morning I noticed two of the chairs looked like they’d been scratched by a cat so I sent a message to the mgmt company. (Keep in mind that we’d already left them emails, texts, and voicemails the night before.) I detailed, again, why I didn’t check the condo for damage the night before which is what you typically do. I told them I could take pics for them if they’d like. Reply?? Only about the flipping chairs!! So here they have in your face, staring at you, in the same space as the furniture report, and they make absolutely zero comments about their zero lack of communication of any kind to with us regarding the address or anything else except for those dumb chairs! We will NOT rent from this mgmt company EVER again. They lack common courtesy, empathy, kindness, and care for their clients. They’ve shown their true colors and I will never use them again.
