I love that I was able to text Elliott with whatever we needed. Fast check in and out. They were very welcoming.

Disappointed!! When i called the service to ask for clean bed sheets and new towels, they refused!! How can you spend 5 days with just one towel per person ?? I don't recommend it.

We found the room to just be average. Thankful for multiple beds, but the sheets all had stains. The floors were also dirty, so we had to keep our shoes on while walking around the room. All in all, not the best but not the worst. The pool area was clean and spacious. Location was great, but the parking deck was rough.

The room wasn’t fully clean and the queen pull out bed had a stain in the middle of the bed but other than that the first room was clean so was the different amenities. The view was amazing!!!

Because of the private owner you don't have to worry about going to the front desk. The only issue we did have was the WiFi and tv not working In the bed room. Room was very comfy and Definitely worth the money. View was great and stay was safe and peaceful.

Was easy to check in and easy directions room was extremely dusty and fridge was not clean other then that I enjoyed my stay. I recommend family’s and single couples or even one.

The room did overlook the ocean but that was the only accurate thing about this deluxe oceanfront condo. I had to drive 15 min away from the property to get an envelope that had door code, the fitness center code was wrong, the door to my room looked like an old dirty motel room door with visible holes where the lock was changed. You enter and it’s dark dated and had a horrible smell. The bed was so uncomfortable. The bathroom had black streaks on floor. The shower water was either scalding or cool. The faucet to sink was loose and spun. The kitchen had a coffee maker but it was dirty and stained. Most places have a complimentary travel dish soap and coffee packet for the morning. This has nothing. The back room was better. AI photos on the website or maybe it’s another room. The balcony was dirty but it was nice to have. The pulldown bed was much more comfortable so switched to that after the first night. Kitchen was stocked with dishes silverware utensils. The pool and beach area were nice. Ample parking in garage. Cute little gift shop store with friendly employees. Convenient location

Unfortunate

Terrible experience at this hotel. Staff, incredibly rude. I travel to Myrtle beach several times a year and have never been more disappointed. 4 towels and 2 wash cloths for 3 people, no replacement towels. No toilet paper. No cleaning supplies. The staff were rude and disrespectful. The crew at the hotel worked as if they absolutely hated their job. I had two friends (a nurse practitioner and a teacher) accompany me who haven't been down south in 20 years. The best part of being south is the kindness and respect of the individuals who live there. It is like nothing you will ever experience. Not at this hotel. It is with great regret we will never entertain the idea of revisiting this hotel.
