Suited our needs
We booked a last minute trip to Myrtle Beach. We were traveling a small dog, so places we could stay were limited. We were happy with the fact the room was close to the beach, which made it easy to go back and forth between the room and the beach. The floors were wood-looking tile, so we felt that it would be cleaner than a pet-friendly room that has carpeting. The room appeared to be clean, although our feet were dirty after walking barefoot in it, so maybe an extra deep cleaning would be beneficial.
The beds were comfortable enough. And the sheets were clean. I would have liked an additional blanket, besides the top
bedspread and sheet, though.
We had an issue getting in when we first got there, through no fault of the property owner. The code worked to unlock the door, but somehow the safety latch was locked, so we couldn’t get in the room. Annette was available and came as quickly as she could to help us out, at midnight!! So, even though it was inconvenient to wait, we were happy with her response.
There were several pools on the property, but they were all pretty crowded. We stuck to the beach the whole time.
Overall, it was pretty much what we expected for a Myrtle Beach stay.
