The bedroom features two queen beds, providing plenty of sleeping space, while the living room includes a queen Murphy bed for additional flexibility. The full bathroom offers a large soaking bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

The condo also includes a fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals, snacks, or morning coffee before heading out for the day. Step outside onto the large private balcony and take in beautiful ocean views — the perfect spot to watch the sunrise, enjoy the sea breeze, or simply relax to the sound of the waves.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo, on the balcony, or anywhere on the property.

🎉 No Parties or Events
Parties, large gatherings, or events are not allowed. Only registered guests may occupy the condo.

Violation Policy
Any violation of these rules will result in a $250 fine per violation, and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
