“There was a bit of confusion on check in as they have two lobby’s and one accomodation section on the marina and another facing to pool area. We went to one but we were staying in the other. I was unwell and just wanted to go to the room but we were kept waiting some time and then eventually walked down to the other lobby and as we went I was told we had a room upgrade and we were in a premium room now and got given the key to that room…and then we got to the other lobby and they took that key...

“Rooms are decent & nice! Food is average, nothing amazing but nothing bad either. Staff are great. However in our room we had no power nearly our entire stay - we did have AC & fan power which was good….but we were unable to charge our devices in our room & also no power in the bathroom which are all outdoors so we had to have showers and toilet trips in the dark.. we talked to the staff multiple times about the issue and it was fixed once and stayed on for about 3 hours and then never again. we...

“This is nothing more than a basic airport hotel. The photos are misleading and it is of much lower quality than it appears. The food is terrible and the service even worse. If staying here you will need super low expectations or just choose somewhere else, it’s not worth what they are charging. The deluxe room should have come with a patio or terrace seating area according to the description but only came with a step. The doors to the room are patio doors and offer no insulation against noise....

“Estuve solo un día para poder llegar a un vuelo temprano en Suva y la verdad es que fue una grata sorpresa, venia de un resort 5 estrellas y la verdad es que salvando las distancias, y si toman un bongaslow con aire acondicionado, no tienen que envidiarle . El entorno es muy lindo, la reserva es fantástica, me recordaba a las cataratas del Iguazu. La atención es muy amable y el baño compartido que pensé que no iba a usar, muy limpio y bien provisto.”
