Loved the roominess of the home and the fact there were bathrooms for each bedroom. Very comfortable. Would definitely rent this home again!

Leslie was very easy to work with. Communication was quick. Our family of 10 enjoyed this property! It met all of our needs….close to beach, pool was smaller than I thought but still worked great for us. Hot tub was a plus. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our only issue was the grill did not work properly. Overall, we were extremely pleased!

House needs an update ...deep clean. Linens are inexpensive enough to replace annually. The pillows, along with mattress was stained.Location good...enough room for all. Nice each room has a bath.

House was very nice. Decent location. Some of the cabinets and flooring were starting to show some age. Amenities were good, video arcade was a hit. Pool was good and clean. Hot tub was nice. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were all a good size. Views were nice. Bathrooms were all clean and decent size.

This house was perfect for our family to gather for Thanksgiving. The space on the first level was perfect for the kids to hang out. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. We loved having a bathroom attached to every bedroom. Booking was easy and communication was great. We look forward to visiting again.

Great location and lots of space

We rented this house to spend thanksgiving with family. We had plenty of room for all of us. The house is overall in good shape. We’d stay again.

Nice location

Large property, well maintained. Ample decks for moving with the wind and sun. Good sunrise and sunset views. Leslie’s property rentals are a pleasure to deal with.

Vacation Vibe in comfort

Our family enjoyed every part of this home. Spacious, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. It is conveniently located and perfect for our family. We spent the day exploring Nags head and neighboring towns, playing at the beach and enjoying our favorite food. The pool and hot tub were great for days when we were sticking close to home. We all agreed that it was hard to leave and that we would definitely be back again.

Host was exceptional to work with. One small issue that did not need to be handled immediately but she corrected the issue right away. Rental was very light and open.

Great Independence day Beach week

Had a great time with family at this house over the 4th of July week. The teens and young adults loved having the lower level to hang out in while us older folk really enjoyed the upper level with its wonderful views of the sound and ocean. Very easy beach access! Another thing to note is we were able to clearly watch the Manteo firewoks from the rear upper deck and the Nags Head display from the fron upper deck. Everyone loved this place and we would return.

Clean but needs updated

The house was clean, close to the beach and shopping but lacked kitchen supplies. Pool was kinda small. Pet friendly but not really as yard not fenced in.

Thanksgiving in the OBX

House was nice and in a good location however could stand to have some updates. Kitchen is not well equipped for a house with 6 bedrooms, didn’t even have a working can opener. Some furniture is in need of replacement and the decks need repair!
