“Very clean, distance to the beach was amazing, great space with or without pets!”

“This house was perfect for our vacation. It’s decorated adorably, the kitchen is stocked with everything you might need, the beds (and even the pillows) were comfortable, they had tvs in all rooms with “guest” account options on many of the apps so you don’t have to sign yourself into everything, and the owners even provided things I did not expect like laundry detergent, trash bags, hand soap, etc. There is also a good sized fenced in yard, which was amazing when it came to traveling with a...

“The house was very charming and very clean. We did a short 5 minute ride to the beach. Stores were close by and very convenient. Everything was perfect. It was nice walking the little neighborhood in the morning. The host was very responsive.”

“The house was beautiful inside and out and was impeccable when we arrived. The host was great with community and we loved everything about it. We plan to return there for another stay in the future.”

“Sugaree was a great house to spend the week at. Check in with the host was smooth and house was well equipped. The loft was awesome for kids, and gave everyone a little extra room. The top deck was an epic place for sunset or morning coffee if you’re a true early bird. Thanks for the wonderful week!”

“Great house and great location! Exactly as expected!”

“The house is a good size for 4-6 people. Comfortable beds (2 twin, one king, one queen). The kitchen works and the host was very responsive to questions. The house is a few blocks from the beach, a fairly quick walk. Plenty of restaurants and other activities nearby. It was a great stay, would definitely recommend and consider going again.”

“The property was quite clean and photos were accurate. It is three stories high with bottom floor having the laundry room, one half bathroom. The second floor holds three rooms, one king bed room with en suite restroom, one king bed room that shared restroom with the bunkbed room and the twin bed room at end of hallway. The third floor was where the living space, kitchen and final king size bedroom with its restroom were. The kitchen was well stocked with dish ware and equipment. The...

“House was exactly as depicted and was beautiful. Pool and backyard were perfect for the kids and dog. Didn’t have the greatest weather so the hot tub was great to have. All bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and supplied with sheets, towels, soap and shampoo !! Loved how close the beach, ice cream, and coffee shops were.”

“The house was immaculate and the view from the top floor is amazing. Great views of the Sound and golf course from every window. Bedrooms and bathrooms were exactly as advertised. The house fit 8 of us very well. Very nice neighborhood with everything from the beach, pool, outlets and restaurants within 5 minutes. Michelle was very easy to communicate with and provided great recommendations on things to do on the 4th of July in Nags Head. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Great communication on the check in and out process. We loved the location being only about 10 mins from grocery and restaurants, but not in a busy area. LOVED the ability to use beach toys and not have to pack them for our family.”
