The location is great, not crowded on the beach, the house is very spacious for a larger family. A few things i was disappointed with. The cleaning of the home was awful, we had to clean the bathrooms, and mop the floor to get some type of oil they used on it that made the floor so greasy you couldn't walk on it without slipping. The tables and counters looked to be wiped with a dirty rag, there was crumbs on the cushions and bench of the dining room table. VRBO did offer to send someone out, however we had already spent the 1st hour cleaning and we were all moved in. 3 of the 4 TVs downstairs in the bedrooms did NOT work. We put a call in on Sunday- the day after arriving and someone came and stuck a note on the door saying they would contact the TV company, needless to say we had 1 TV the whole week which was in the kids room. No one followed up. The blinds in the downstairs bathroom had gunk on them, the water pressure is less than desirable and the bed in the main room (white bedroom furniture) is terrible uncomfortable, but the other beds seemed to be fine. We were woken up at 5AM Friday by the AC making a large humming noise- turns out the AC has broke for the upstairs living area. VRBO did not respond after 7 hours so we called them and they brought a small AC unit for the upstairs, which is fine i understand those things happen, what we didn't appreciate was the attitude that came with the phone call. Overall the house is beautiful, just needs a good deep cleaning.
