Cozy Semi Oceanfront Cottage with a Hop, skip and a jump to the beach

  • Take a getaway to this serene little cottage with a short walk to the beach. Located closely between two public beach accesses, it’s easy to take a stroll to the ocean. Enjoy reading or catching up on emails in the front sun room in one of two cozy sitting areas. The home offers two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen and a shared bathroom. There is a full kitchen with a sun deck off the back. Easy walk to breakfast or dinner at The Dunes Restaurant and putt putt, shopping and ice cream across the highway (there is a crosswalk at stoplight south of the house.)

The host was excellent!! He worked with us on rescheduling due to nasty weather on our first planned trip in October. The cottage was very clean, cozy and the decor was outstanding. We had fantastic weather the 4 days we were there in November. Thank you so much Patrick, my wife had a wonderful birthday!

Tastefully redone cottage with great location.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage. Access to beach was close enough to keep everyone happy. In general the cottage was extremely clean.

Long Weekend in the OBX

We had a wonderful stay at the cozy cottage! The description was spot on and we couldn't have been happier with our long weekend away from home! It was conveniently located to the beach, dining, and shopping. Easy walk to the outlets and other areas of interest as long as you dont mind crossing the main highway. If we travel as a family of 3 and not with the larger immediate family, we would definitely choose this property again!

Perfect stay

This is the perfect place for a getaway in the Outerbanks! The place has literally everything you could possibly need and the location is prime with the beach across the street. The description matches perfectly and it’s super clean! Highly recommend this place for your next OBX getaway!

Very well decorate beach house makes you feel right at home in the Outer Banks. Hot water heater was not working when we showed up and the property manager had it fixed within hours. Highly recommend this place

My family and I had a great stay in the outer banks during our trip. Patrick was a great host and made everything extremely easy. The cottage was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Five stars!
