    Upper Level: Living Room with Flat Screen T.V. and Gas Fireplace (for use December - March), Dining, Kitchen with 2 Refrigerators and Dishwashers, Powder Room, King Master w/Deck Access, Tower Room w/ ocean views. Front and Back Deck.

    Pool Size: 12x24

    FREE POOL HEAT: 2026 dates: 4/4 - 5-23 & 9/12 - 10/17
    Please note that pool heat can only raise the temperature 10 degrees higher than the consistent ambient air temperature (60 degrees and higher), and that pool heat systems vary in capability based on temperature and other factors.

    Parking passes are REQUIRED to use the Village at Nags Head private beach access. This home provides two parking permits.

However, the house could use some TLC. Kitchen drawer missing and mattresses need replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented off of beach a couple times, as usual this was a great property. Clean with great amenities. The 3rd floor mattress was great seemed new, the other mattress were less desirable but ok. We understand mattresses are a large expense but would love to see better ones in homes. This was easy to assecc easy to keep clean, and was close to everything.

I love how we had so many people come over and yet it still didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The only problem was that some of the rooms cable did not work and also frigerator ice maker was very slow

Shopping is close by and you can even walk to some places. Kitchen was well equipped. Game room was great for everyone. Hot tub didn’t work and the grill was in rough shape. Shower outside didn’t work and the ice maker had mold in it. Overall we had a great time.

Beach vacation 2022

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the house, Cape May, and the location. But the outside shower by the pool did not work. And when a man came to look at it, he didn't fix it. Be cause of this, we ended up getting sand in the pool which we tried to avoid doing. The house has everything we like and it suits our family very well. However, it was not as clean as it was the year before. Overall, I do recommend this property to my friends. This year we went to the Wright Brothers Memorial and went on a Ghost tour in Manteo.

The chair on the main level porch was broken. A couple of the chairs at the pool were broken. The condition of the grill was unusable. The towel rod in room 7 was hanging off the wall when we got there. The sink in room 7 was coming off of the wall. The toilet on the main floor (upper) would not stop running. There was a cover for one of the ceiling lights missing. A couple of the box springs were ripped underneath. Other than that, the house was great!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed 9/24/22-10/1/22. The house was as clean as it could be, however, the rooms with carpet had so many stains. The top back deck is completely unsafe. The wood is so rotted and loose. It’s definitely a safety hazard. The complaints in previous reviews have not been addressed. The outside lounge chair were completely broken. The ice machine in the rec room was broken as was the ice maker in the kitchen refrigerator. I’ve rented many homes in OBX over the past 20 years and this was the most disappointing.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house, 8 bedrooms total, 6 have private bathrooms. Everyone had privacy, yet the common areas are large and inviting. The house is a described, has been updated but we had some small issues. The gas grill was filthy and the extra tank was empty. We didn’t grill because we thought it was a hazard. One of to refrigerators had a leak, it was reported but a repairman didn’t show. Some bathrooms didn’t drain.All in all a great house, many decks. The pool is nice size but the area is small with limited seating

We love the house, the location only one block from the private beach access, close to stores, shopping and sightseeing. I go with my three daughters, their partners, and 3-4 grandchildren. We all love this house.

Very spacious house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean on arrival and everything in place. My family & I had a very nice time. The house was very well-equipped with needed items. We found the large kitchen table was a plus; we were all, 14 of us, to enjoy meals together as a family. And the new furniture in the living room was very comfortable. The patio furniture was also very comfortable & relaxing for drinking morning coffee or relaxing after a day at beach.During my stay, if there were any problems, damages or questions, the office & maintenance were very prompt in responding to ensure our vacation experience was top notch.I would consider staying at this property in the future but only if I know that most of the beds and/or mattresses were replaced. The mattresses were very worn and a few bed-frames were loose, wiggled. In one of the twin bed bedrooms, there was a smile of pee.Thank you for making our vacation one of our best.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was lovely but a bit basic, believe it or not. The elevator was a blessing, but there were several everday items that seemed lacking.Tons of dishes, but only one serving spoon. No pot holders, only one trivet. 5 coffee pots, but only one small colander. A weird mix of items that lead me to believe that renters have purchased items for their stay and left it behind for the next people. I think most of the issues are lack of awareness or care by the owner. In general, we didn't have many issues though even after maintenance did some trouble shooting, a few of the TVs never did work. Prompt and friendly, maintenance was amazing...he repaired/replaced two balcony door knobs while we were there. The location was great, and beach access was so convenient! There were very few "extras" at the house...not beach gear or anything that most owners seem to include. I know we can rent gear, but this is the first property we've been at that didn't have something! (We've been OBX renters for decades)

My family visit to the Cape May house

The pool and the hot tub were all in good condition. This is the third year we stayed in this same house. The new owners have done a lot of work on improving the house. However- one bed broke on the first floor and we had to take it apart and put the mattress and box on the floor. I contacted the Service department by calling the after hours number. Then the next day I contacted both the realty office and the service department through the Hospitality App. No response. I also called the Housekeeping department on Friday to let them know, I had to leave a message. No response from anyone. Now we had some strong men who could take the bed apart and still use the mattress & box. But what if the people were handicapped? They would have gotten no help at all.

We stayed in one of its “ sister” houses last year so we knew the floor plan and overall layout before we arrived. House was in e cellent shape and finding a fairly new gas grill was a BIG plus for us.

Great location, great house, needs maintenance

Awesome location, short walk to beach. Great overall design for a large group. Pool and hottub were in perfect condition. Furnishings somewhat old and the home needs maintenance. Broken outdoor seating, broken toilet paper holders, etc. Small stuff, but stuff that should be addressed prior to renting. Overall, it’s a great house and would be a 5 star with general maintenance.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property had many problems. It was not very clean. One bedroom bed had a broken frame and box springs which took 3 days to be fixed. Some furniture around the pool was broken and the outside shower did not work. At least 1 TV in a bedroom did not work...we didn't try the others. There were not enough chairs on the decks and some were broken and could not be used. We had to keep moving them from deck to deck if we wanted to all be together. A lot of other smaller things in the house (like toilet paper holders, dishes, microwave) were broken. This place could be really nice with some care from the owner. Some of the lighting fixtures had the wrong kind of bulbs in them...wondering if this might be a fire hazard? I wonder who is getting paid to clean before new renters arrive. Our daughters bedspread had a fake pink fingernail on it. Totally gross! The only things that were positive were the place is spacious and close to the beach and the grocery stores. It allowed us to bring our dog with us. The pool and hot tub were nice....just not the tables and chairs to sit by it. Next time we come to the OBX, we will be looking to stay somewhere else.

I also felt that there should have been more by way of household goods (paper towels, soaps, etc). I will not be using this rental company.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hurricane Matthew's arrival at the Outer Banks hampered our expected arrival and cut short our vacation/wedding trip. Once we were able to get access to the properties, things went smoothly. We had rented all four houses at this location and things worked out as planned. In spite of the hurricane, the beach wedding in Kitty Hawk was a lovely conclusion to the week and everyone appeared to be quite pleased. We want to especially thank the ladies at Beach Realty for being so cooperative and keeping us advised during the delay - you all were great!!

Reviewer Comments: We had a nice visit to the Outer Banks and the house overall was very clean and in a convenient location access all points north and south. The one issue we encountered was the hot tub heat not working. The rental company and owner were very responsive and offered use of the hot tub next door. Overall everything else was good though.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
