The open-concept living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. The wall of west-facing windows along and access to the spacious covered deck offer breathtaking sunset views. Downstairs, the mid-level includes a sitting area with a convenient coffee bar and a second full-size refrigerator.

Located at Milepost 20 where the beaches are wide and uncrowded, Sunset State of Mind offers the tranquility of the all-residential South Nags Head area while still being close to grocery stores, shopping and dining. Take a short drive or bike ride north to the Outer Banks Fishing Pier and Fish Head's Bar and Grill, where you can order food and drinks on the oceanfront while listening to live music. You'll be just 2.5 miles from Coquina Beach and the 4x4 beaches, part of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore and a favorite local spot for fishing and surfing. From there, explore Bodie Island Lighthouse or head south for a day trip to Ocracoke.
