Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and the house was as nice as the pictures shown on your website. Plenty of room, a large kitchen, great master suite with large walk-in closet, and large bathroom. The neighborhood was super quiet and well kept up. Conveniently located to shops and dog parks which we took advantage of. The area by the trash cans had several pieces of trash laying on the ground and some cigarette butts near the entrances which is why we gave that part 3 stars. The owner was very receptive to that problem and assured that his grounds people would be notified. The only disadvantage for us was that we had dogs and the back yard was not fenced, which we did know before booking the property. Other than for that we would not hesitate to rent this property again!

Spring '25

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the house did not meet our expectations. There was a noticeable ant problem, particularly in both bathrooms and on the downstairs couch, which made our stay uncomfortable. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that the trash from previous guests had not been taken out, leaving very little room for our own garbage.The house rules gave the impression that we were walking into a meticulously maintained space, but upon arrival, that expectation was not met. Due to these issues, we ended up leaving early. We hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.

We traveled from Kentucky and the host made sure we were comfortable at all times. They were easy to reach when needed and made suggestions that I believe they will use moving forward. We would use this property again if in the area 3.

Week day stay

We stayed here while our house was getting remodeled. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and were very welcoming of us and our 3 dogs. The house had everything we needed while we were there including an office for my wife while she worked from home.

Naperville family members visit

The house was wonderful. Very comfortable and met all of our expectations and beyond. The communication with our host Vic, was exceptional. Nice neighborhood and the location was perfect for a short drive to visit with family members living near by.. We have found the ideal rental for our next visit to the area!

Perfect In Every Way

Over many years, we have stayed at numerous rentals, both single homes and condos throughout the country, but this was by far my favorite. I’m somewhat demanding regarding cleanliness and this house was the cleanest and most well kept that we’ve experienced. Additionally, the location and neighborhood were easily accessible and comfortable. The house was well equipped and roomy. Pets were welcome, which was a huge plus for us. The owner was always available by text or phone and went out of his way to respond quickly to any inquiry. We hope to stay there again for future family events.

Wonderful Christmas Celebration

This property was the perfect location to visit with family and friends for Christmas. It’s near many stores and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable. We appreciated all the extra amenities too like the soaps, shampoos, nice bottle of wine… We loved the wood fireplace with gas and used it every chance we had. The kitchen was also well equipped. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Thank you Vic and Grace for the great experience.

Great experience!

The house was great and communication with the property manager was excellent. We were visiting our daughter who is at Fermilab and the home is in a great location to shopping, restaurants, and to Chicago. Super cute home with all the amenities.

Family member Memorial service

We had a very good experience renting this property. All the information provided us before check in was excellent. The house is clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. The two living areas are very comfortable and allows the family to be separate but close for different interests. There are games available for all ages. The fire pit in the back yard was nice to use to make s’mores. The location in a nice neighborhood was convenient to restaurants and shopping. It we as also close to the memorial service and our local family’s home.
