“Overall, no leaks and no bugs. Very run down property needs a lot of work. Beds are reasonably comfortable, AC and Hot Water work well. All other furniture needs to be replaced. Not very comfortable unless you are horizontal in bed. Kitchen Not stocked well, what it does have is old. Kitchen window does not lock i used a wooden spoon to keep it from being slid open from outside. Kind of unsafe if you dont know about it. Again 3 stars is the most it can have. “Very clean and easy to access! The downtown is convenient to walk to and the metra near by made traveling to and from chicago easier. Id definitely stay here again.”

“This is a very lovely home, beautifully decorated, with charming stained glass windows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while exploring the city of Chicago. The host was easy to communicate with and very quickly fixed an issue of the front door not unlocking for us upon our return from the city. Would recommend staying here, and if we are ever back in this area, I would look into staying here again.”
