  • This renovated and tastefully decorated second floor condo at the Naples Mariner features a Starfish and Seashell motif reflective of our property. Just steps from the beautiful beaches and the Naples Pier (currently being Built Back Better after hurricane IAN.) Brand new windows and interior shutters will assure peaceful quiet and privacy. This well-located condominium with an oversized heated pool is designed for comfort, while providing you with a home away from home. The location speaks for itself. Just steps to the breathtaking beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and a short stroll to the famous Naples Pier (currently under construction), sunsets and Third Street South restaurants and shopping. Our residence affords you the easiest access to all the amenities that Old Naples offers - comfort, location and a beautiful pool. What more is there! Multi-million-dollar homes surround this quiet, restful spot in the heart of where Naples originated. Unpack your bags and head for the beach just across the street. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and small cooler. Or walk one block to Third Street South, Naples' destination venue for fine dining or casual eateries. Explore the unique boutiques and galleries for the discerning shopper or simply start exploring all the near-by attractions. Don't forget the large, heated pool for morning laps or for just floating all your cares away. After a day in the sun, relax in your home-away-from-home and prepare an easy meal in the fully equipped kitchen. (NOTE: The kitchen has a 4 burner cook top, microwave and toaster-oven. There is no regular oven.) Maybe take a nap on the comfy new pillows and luxurious new king mattress before heading out for an evening of fun. We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Naples. The location is perfect since it is one block to the beach and one block to restaurants and shops. The condo was a bit smaller than we expected, but it worked out nicely for my husband and I. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and the property manager while we were there. Very nice people who are long-time residents in the area. We would definitely recommend this property.

Best location with lots of shops and restaurants right around the block.

This is a very comfortable condo. Perfect for the 4 of us. The location was the biggest plus. A block from the beach and a block from the shops and restaurants. Perfect for a short getaway. Would definitely book again.

Great location

Spring break with my wife and 2 early teens, the place was the perfect size and well kept. Close to downtown and a block of the beach. Very convenient and we enjoyed our stay. Host was awesome to work with. Would highly recommend.

Great location!

Perfect location in Old Naples. A block from the beach and a block from the shopping and dining area. It is about a 20 minute walk to 5th Avenue shopping and dining as well. Accommodations were extremely clean. Easy offstreet parking. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

Spring break

This place is super clean and quiet. Close to beach and close to shopping and restaurant. 2 minute walk to each. The pool is nice and the accommodations, though a small space were perfect for our family. We had a blast in this area.

I’ve stayed at the MARRINER many times throughout the years. Pam and her team are so great about following up and checking in on us to make sure everything was in order. I highly recommend and the location can’t be beat.

Outstanding Little Gem in Naples

We truly enjoyed our first family visit to Naples staying in this quaint little condo. The location is outstanding, being a block to the beach and one block to all the 3rd Street restaurants and shops. Our 2-year-old son loved the pool too, which was perfect temperature. I highly recommend!

Perfect location

Cute little 2 bedroom condo - the pictures are accurate: only downside - no balcony. But the key to this place is the location: 1.5 blocks to the ocean and 1.5 blocks to 3rd Street South in Naples with all its shops and exceptional restaurants. We really enjoyed it.

Great location!

The condo is perfectly situated between the beach and the shops and restaurants! We loved that we didn’t have to get in the car and drive anywhere! Everything you need is within walking distance. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was a wonderful long weekend for our family!

Perfect location. Walked everywhere. Restaurants, shopping, coffee shops all within a block or two. Loved having a pool option for windy days at the beach. It worked well for 2 adults and 2 teens. Thank you!

Great stay!

This was a great place to explore Naples and enjoy the beach. We loved being able to go to delicious restaurants a few minutes away and also be on the beach. Barely used our car! Property was clean and had beach chairs/umbrella/towels that we used. There was some construction happening in the complex but it didn’t impact our stay. Would love to come back!

A Perfect Vacation in Paradise!

We had the most wonderful stay in Naples, Florida! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The cozy condo was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The basket of goodies was a plus after a long day of travelling. Thank you!One of the best parts? The beach was just a short walk away! In under 3 minuteswe were sinking our toes into the soft, white sand and enjoying the clear waters of the Gulf.We can’t recommend this place highly. We’ll definitely be back for a fourth time!
