Each room was clean and just as described and same in the photos. The host went above and beyond with details to ensure a comfortable stay. There were more than enough space for a large group and everyone had a great time. Good communication as well and super close to the beach. Highly recommended!!!

The location is perfect. Easy drive or Uber to the beach and restaurants. The pool was the perfect temperature and clean. The TV room is comfortable and conducive for watching sports. Great for a golf trip.

Family Gathering

My wife and I along with our three adult children, their three spouses and our 5 grandchildren enjoyed a great week at this VRBO. The home was very clean at check in, had plenty of space and provided for a great family vacation! The location is minutes to the beach as well as all of your shopping needs. We would rent again if headed to Naples!

The house was what was Advertised. We arr a low maintenance group and it met all of our needs and wants. Would rent again if needed.

Porperty was well maintained and roomy. We fit 8 adults and 6 kids comfortably. Pool was great. Beds comfortable. Hosts answered questions completely and in a timely fashion.

Large group booking north of Naples

The house was comfortable and clean. Although the lanai area needs to be cleaner and updated, many mosquitoes were able to access lanai. BBQ was only a coal bbq instead of a gas bbq. Towels need to be updated and some provided for pool use would be great.

The place was nice. The place was neat, clean and orderly upon arrival. The host was very responsive to the TV issue, though we were unable to use the TV durng our stay. The only issue was the TV in one of the MBRs was not working during our visit. It is time for new furniture in the family room and the dining room. We really enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood was great and the location is close to everything. Despite the TV not working and new furniture beng needed, I would return to this spot and still recommend it.

Perfect house and location

Our stay was fantastic! The house was very tidy and tastefully furnished. My wife enjoyed the wall colors and is eager to repainting our entrance area :-) The pool is warm and welcoming. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Overall 10 out of 10!

Great family trip!

We had a great time. Kids loved the pool!Could have used more towels so you could use one for pool and other for shower. Overall furniture has some wear living room and dining room. The large microwave was not working very well. There was plenty of dishes to accommodate 14 of us.Great location to go to beaches! Sam’s Club and Walmart were very close. We ate at Rusty’s Raw Bar that was very good and reasonably. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Absolutely perfect stay – peaceful, clean, and well organized!We had an amazing time at this beautiful home! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how immaculately clean and well-organized everything was. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and feels incredibly peaceful – perfect for relaxing and recharging.The lanai area with the rattan furniture was our favorite spot to unwind, and the pool was pristine and refreshing. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen was fully stocked for large groups.We especially appreciated the calm, quiet atmosphere in the neighborhood – it truly felt like a hidden oasis while still being close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping.If we could suggest one thing to make the stay even better, it would be to add an air fryer to the kitchen – it would be a nice bonus for guests who enjoy quick and healthy cooking.Overall, we highly recommend this home and would love to return. It was the perfect blend of cleanliness, comfort, and tranquility!

Strong smell of smoke and Dirty.

I had the worst experience. I was booked to stay for five nights but left after the second night. The house had a very strong smell of smoke; the shower curtain was filthy; air vent full of mildew; and floors and furniture dirty. Pool was dirty and there was no screen, no lounger cushions. I could go on and on. I contacted the owner to complain and received no satisfaction. He told me I was exaggerating and said that the smoke damage from two weeks prior had been taken care of. It clearly was not taken care of and I had not been informed that there was smoke damage! It was the worst experience. I notified owner that we were leaving after the second night because my pregnant daughter was coughing and my little grandkids feet were filthy from the dirty floors. I asked for a partial refund for the nights we didn’t stay but owner did not respond to that request. I reached out to VRBO and they said they would contact the owner. That was over a week ago and I have heard nothing since. I never write bad reviews but feel I gave owner and VRBO every opportunity to work with me. THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS PROPERTY!!!

Great communication. The home is located well - close to everything on tamiami trail in north Naples. Very comfy social spaces and big bedrooms. The house was also well equipped - making it very comfy for 6 golfers on a golf trip! We hope to visit again.

Beautiful and very comfortable home. We were in town for a wedding and were able to fit a large group comfortably. We spent most days at the pool, but the location is great with easy and quick access to the beach, restaurants, local stores, CVS, Publix, etc. The host was very responsive and kind in all our interactions. Would definitely stay here again!
