Esta hermosa, 3 dormitorios 2. 5 baños casa con 2600 sq. Ft de espacio habitable se encuentra en la subdivisión Crown Point ofrece lo último en lujo y confort. En un callejón sin-DE-SAC La casa del lago tiene una hermosa piscina privada con terraza cubierta y una parrilla de gas Weber. Un entorno ideal para disfrutar de atardeceres y cenas.
Una cocina totalmente gourmet comer en recientemente renovado con encimeras de granito y gabinetes nuevos con vistas a la piscina y terraza. La sala de estar con televisión de pantalla plana de DVD y equipo de música también se lleva a cabo a la zona de terraza. Tenemos un comedor formal con capacidad para 8 y una sala de estar amueblada con un escritorio y una máquina de fax para aquellos que insisten en que trabaja. El hogar es inalámbrico.
La casa tiene un diseño de planta dividida que se envuelve alrededor de la piscina y la terraza, el 2 y 3 dormitorios comparten un baño con bañera y ducha, y esta sección está cerrada por una puerta de bolsillo. Hay gemelos en las habitaciones o las camas pueden convertirse en reyes. Las dos habitaciones tienen sus propios televisores. The property is very well located near the beach and many restaurants. The owner's response to our requests is immediate. The house is super comfortable, and being by the pool is very relaxing, with the view. It has two bicycles in perfect condition, which allowed us to get some exercise.

Perfect location

Just the perfect vacation home for our family. Spacious and clean. Location is 15 minutes to the beach, 10 to 5th Ave and 30 minutes to Marco Island. We would definitely stay again!

Everything went ok the only think I didn’t like was that we could all really enjoy the pool at night time does water was to cool. I spoke to the property manager and they told me that they only use the heater winter nine summer and the advertisement of the house as specific as rare so the water of the pool has a heater if they have a heater don’t really work because the water was way too cold, and in the checkout process, the lady for the cleaning has a really bad actitud she was on i’m respectful, rude and unprofessional. I was five minutes late because I was trying to leave as soon as possible as she was kicking us out like a little we where bad people I talk to the owner and she say sorry and she told me that she will take action other than that everything was good. House is really beautiful I’m comfortable.

We had great time on our vacation. Michelle was a great host. The home has a very nice layout and fully equipped. The pool is very nice. The house is close to the stores and restaurants and not far from the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Recent visit - June 2023

This was our second time staying at this property. We obviously liked it the first time around. They have done some remodeling since our last stay. The kitchen upgrade is very nice. I would only say that the TV viewing area is not the most comfortable. The open floor concept is nice for communicating, it’s just not great if you are trying to watch tv.

Amazing Place

Place very clean and well kept. The owners of the property were very accommodating and helpful. I could go on and on about the house, the owners, the property manager and the area. They went above and beyond to help me get in and set to help with the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay in the Naples area.

The house is so spacious with plenty of storage for all your belongings. It was super clean. The outdoor area is so nice as well. The is plenty of space to sleep and lounge. Close to everything too. This is most well stocked house. You need your toothbrush and your clothes nothing else.

First of all, Michelle was wonderful to communicate with leading up to our stay. Great Place

Nothing short of amazing!

The house is fully updated and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. Great location and close to everything Naples has to offer. The owners were terrific and I can’t say enough about the pool and view. We didn’t want to leave! Would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

Best Vacation Ever!

The pictures of this home are great, but they do not do this property justice. Every room is beautifully decorated, absolutely spotless, and the furniture is so comfortable. The linens are high quality, and the stocked kitchen has anything that you may need to cook and serve a meal. The neighbors were friendly, and we loved listening to the birds outside. The home is extremely close to a grocery store and very close to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Thank you to Michelle for not only sharing your beautiful home with us but for being so responsive when we asked a question. We will be back!

This home is perfect for any stay. It is easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. The house very clean and the owner has left many items that ensure you have what you need like a coffee filter! Very comfortable and the owner was easy to work with every time I had a question. We will stay again.

Perfect getaway
