Our comfortable, high-ceiling living room space, featuring two large designer leather sofas, opens up to the in-ground, heated swimming pool and enclosed patio through four sliding glass doors, overlooking a serene and stunning garden retreat. To further bring the coastal ambiance to our guests, we include vibrant tropical and beach décor throughout our house.

Two bedrooms and a bathroom with a vanity, a walk-in shower, and a toilet are located on one side of the house. There is also a pocket door for extra sound protection between the living room and the two bedrooms. The bathroom is also directly accessible from the pool area. Both bedrooms have an ample-sized wardrobe area as well as dressers.
The dining area and master bedroom with a bathroom and a vast wardrobe are located on the other side of the house. The Master ensuite bathroom has a double sink vanity as well as a large walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a separate toilet area/water closet.
The dining room has a wooden dining table that can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Next to the dining room is a dinette area with an iron-glass dining table for 4.
The brand new installed high-end kitchen has a beautiful granite top peninsula with 4 fabulous and comfortable counter chairs. The kitchen, with a new black stainless-steel look and smudge-free appliances, opens to the living room, dining, and dinette area.

Extensive and the highest quality kitchen utensils, gadgets/and appliances have been carefully selected for the enjoyment and satisfaction of our guests. There are also plenty of placemats and table runners to choose from.

We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. Please note that we do not allow back-to-back bookings.

We inspect the property for compliance with cleaning, safety, and maintenance protocols before each guest’s arrival. We ensure the overall health, safety, and quality of property with routine preventative maintenance, including testing of mechanicals, maintaining appliances, testing smoke and CO detectors, and confirming access to fire extinguishers.
