We are sorry that your experience did not matchexpectations, but we are nevertheless obliged to underline that ours is not a hotel, but rather a guest house and therefore does not have services comparable to the different category of hotels, but certainly the entire staff has the total satisfaction of its guests as its priority and fortunately this is appreciated by almost all of them.As far as the room is concerned, it becomes noisy if you keep the windows open as it faces the street and we honestly don't know about the partially blocked bathroom.For everything else we hope you had a pleasant stay and that you come back as soon as possible.Sincerely

Dear Fei, thank you for the review to which unfortunately we have to reply in spite of ourselves. You stayed in a landlord whose services certainly cannot be compared to those of a large hotel. You were immediately informed of the check-in time which is at 14.00 and checkout which is at 10.30 .As regards the lift, as you have seen, we are a small structure located on the second floor of an apartment building and the lift is not our property.We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay in Naples.It was a real pleasure to have been able to host you in our home and we look forward to having you again as our most welcome guest soon. We are sorry for the paid lift, but unfortunately, as you could see, we are a small structure located on the second floor of an apartment building and the lift is not owned by us. It is precisely for this reason that upon check-in we provide guests with coins to be used for possible ascents/descents.We are sorry for the rainy days, but unfortunately the whole of Italy has been affected by these extreme weather events (see for example the flood in Emilia Romagna).For all the rest we hope you had a pleasant stay and that you come back as soon as possible.SincerelyMirian
