My wife and I just had an amazing stay for our Anniversary weekend! The property is beautiful and as my wife said, “Sadie Lake is a blessing.” Kimberly was great with all communication and made sure we had everything we needed. The “Barn” was perfect for our stay, and it was the little things that impressed us the most— from jars of candy to satisfy our after dinner sweet tooth to essential kindling wood to help get a good fire going, this place has it all! We’ll be back again with our son because he’s going to love being on that pond. We’ve been doing this stuff for over 20 years now, and this is easily one of our favorite places!

The communication with Kimberly was quick and my questions answered. First thing I noticed upon entering was everything was spotless, of better quality, and well designed. You could tell they had taken a lot of time considering potential needs. The bed we used and the couches were very comfortable and the place was well laid out.Outside the huge yard, there were 2 fire pits w lots of wood, and 2 grills, one near the house and one near the pavillion by the sizeable pond. There were skewers around the porch for marshmallow roasting. The pavillion was also just beautiful w very comfortable swivel seating, the 2nd grill, and a picnic table. There was a golf cart available to take to the pavillion. The only thing I might add is things to use in/on the water. Everything else we needed except food and drink of course was provided. They had instructions how to use the living room fan and large curved TV.The town of Naples is so dog friendly!!! We found great places to eat with and hike with our shepard every day. The locals were warm and welcoming to us too. The scenery is just stunning.Not far away is Dudley's a warehouse that sells frozen chicken, beef and pork as well as raw dog food. An added plus for us. This was such a great place to stay I would recommend to everyone.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about this incredible property. Check in was a breeze. Everything was clean as a whistle. Excellent amenities. The views are stunning. The grounds are expansive and it was such a joy to see our children and our black lab running up and down the hill, back-and-forth from the clean, spring fed lake. It was clear to see that this property is well loved, and we were lucky to experience a beautiful fall weekend here. Thank you Kim and Owen!

Everything about our stay at Sadie's Pond was wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The grounds, including fire pits, pond, hiking trails, were well maintained and beautiful. Everything is well appointed and the owners have put so much thought into every little detail. The views are stunning. Even when the weather didn't cooperate we enjoyed the indoor fireplace and coziness.

This place was breathtaking. The property itself and especially the views are one you have to see. We brought 3 dogs and they LOVED every second of it. It’s so hard to find a place that allows dogs but this house is called “Sadie’s Lake” for their dog that passed and it truly touched myself and my sister in law. The house had everything you need! Cleaning supplies, zip lock baggies, coffee, etc. The place was so clean. Real close to town about a 15 minute drive. We can’t wait to come back and book it next year!

My wife and I were looking for a cozy place to stay for our anniversary and this more than fit the bill. The property was exactly as described, clean as a whistle, with all the amenities you could ask for. The views are amazing. Though we had clouds almost every day we were there, it was still fun watching the mist drift over the distant hills. On clear nights the stars must be gorgeous! I highly recommend this place. We're coming back soon with our kids so we can enjoy the pond and the paddle boards. Also, Naples is a cool little town with fun shops and restaurants and of course lots of wine!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The stay exceeded our expectations. From the pond and all of the outdoor offerings on the property to the awesome house itself, we were wowed! From start to finish, great place to have as a relaxing getaway and a homebase to explore the Finger Lakes! Our family of four spent 3 nights at the “Escape to the Barn” and really enjoyed our stay here. The location is beautiful; the house is charming, immaculately clean, well-decorated, warm, and surprisingly spacious with brand new modern appliances! You can tell that the property is well cared for and loved and we appreciate the family sharing it with us. Communication was great and instructions straightforward. Super friendly and helpful hosts. They are pet friendly, so you don't have to leave any of the family home. The outdoor space is lovely and very spacious with a couple of fire rings and barbecue grills. Short walk to their nice private quiet pond. The Sadie Lake, is an absolute gem with well shaded, comfy pavilion and plenty of seating! We enjoyed amazing views and gorgeous sunsets. The water was very clear for swimming, sunbathing and paddleboarding. Country setting, but 15 -20 min to just about anything; great swimming, paddling and a lot of interesting hiking nearby (Watkins Glen gorge, Sugar Hill State Forest and Finger Lakes National Forest), or bring your bikes and travel the Keuka Outlet Trail, or go to visit the local vineyards and breweries! We highly suggest considering this place for your next stay in the Finger Lakes and would definitely come again!

Our family had a quiet and relaxing stay! We especially loved the stocked pond for my 12 year old to try out his new fishing rod. The two fire pits were perfect and everything was provided from fire starters to kindling to larger logs and marshmallow sticks. Everything inside the house was clean and well stocked.

We were looking for a getaway that was near the lakes, but in a remote area. This property fit what we were looking for perfectly. It has all the convenience of home! I was able to work remotely while I was there and had no issues staying connected. There was a pond that had paddleboards, we had fun paddling around on the pond. I would be a great place for kids who like to swim!
