    This 1 bed, 1 bath condo on the second floor offers all the conveniences of home in a great location making it the perfect getaway! The unit features a functional and fully equipped kitchen with granite counters tops, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, flat surface cook top and self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, newly renovated bathroom.
    The spacious living room has a comfortable queen size sofa sleeper with new ultra memory foam mattress and a flat screen TV with basic cable. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable, queen size bed with new mattress to help unwind after a glorious day at Vanderbilt Beach.

    High Speed Wi-Fi Internet throughout.

    Vanderbilt Palms offers covered parking and a roof-top pool, spa and sauna with magnificent views of the Naples Bay.

    The property is only a short walk from Vanderbilt Beach and the Ritz Carlton, surrounded by walking and biking trails, public library, tennis courts within walking distance to shops and fine dining.

Can't beat the location! Steps from Vanderbilt beach, Turtle Club and the Ritz Carlton. My second week-long stay at this clean unit in elevator building with covered off-street parking.

We Love Naples!

We love staying in Naples so close to the beach! It was a little noisy with the construction but we knew about that ahead of time. Just disappointed that we lost that water view off the balcony!

Vanderbilt Beach getaway

Great stay!!! Close to beach, condo supplied cart, chairs, towels for beach. Covered parking, close (upto couple miles) to everything you would need. Would recommend to all looking for ease and comfort!!!

Walking distance to the beach (weather permitting)

The pool and Lanai were a little dirty from all the construction. But this week was too cold to use anyway. No hot tub or sauna. But the condo was fine and in a great location.

Can't find a wrong.

We were able to get in early, plenty of towels, clean sink and floor and Restrooms, beds were fine,, that kitchen cabinet is loose and the broom handle broke. Next door 207 was remodeling but nothing to complain about. I will keep your cell and book again.. Hope we left it in the same condition we found it... thanks,,,,

Great location

Property was ok. A little under stocked for cooking and eating meals daily. Hot tub did not work. This was very disappointing.

Nice place with temporary downsides

The condo itself was according to description. Chris was a great host and communicated well. The downside was the construction going on on both sides of the complex. Noisy from 7:00 am until 5:30 pm daily. The best attribute of this condo is the location with regards to the beach. A one block walk. Beach chairs and towels provided, along with a stroller and cooler bags that doubled as a shopping cart for us. Publix is a mile walk. Overall, a good stay.

Noisy with continuous construction noise.

We could walk to the beach which was the only positive experience. We could not use the pool or sit on the back deck due to the continuous construction dust. We were awaken every morning from trucks and a construction worker blowing a whistle all day long. Also, the bed was advertised as a Queen but it was a double. There was no privacy due to construction workers who could look into the condo.

No beach supplies(chairs cooler sand toys wagon to pull to the beach no pool mattress pool toys

Very loud construction work waking us up early every morning. We were never told what specific condo # we were in. Chris never responded to our messages. We were a late flight in and having only an access code to go by, we had to go to every condo on the 2nd floor and enter in the access code to figure out what condo we were to stay in!

Great February break

The property is good and in a great location and has a pool on the roof. Easy walk to the beach to sunbathe and to watch the sunsets. Nice enclosed balcony, although shady. This may be preferable in the summer. Very clean and comfortable. The owners responded immediately to a minor issue raised (lack of clothes hangers) and were great when the block suffered a power outage for 16 hours (probably caused by the nearby construction work). When advised of the situation they immediately delivered a battery lantern. We were made aware of the construction work in advance and it did not cause any issue despite it being close by. I would be happy to stay again should we be back in the area.

Great location !

This is an excellent property ! Nice apartment on the second floor (top floor). Very quiet (just know that there is a construction going on both sides of the building, somethimes even at night so it gets noisy - the only downside). Well stocked. Has everything you might need for the beach vacation: great (Tommy Bahama!) beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and even a cart ! Steps from Vanderbilt beach. Chris is very responsive and check in process was a breathe ! Building is well located (no direct sun during the day so it's not getting too hot). Close to Publix (at 41st), Marshalls and Nordstorm Rack. Highly recomment ! We had so much fune ! Thanks.

It was a seven day stay in paradise. My friends and I enjoyed all aspects of the area.

I was a bit apprehensive about the construction going on around the property, but was pleasantly surprised that for me there wasn’t any negative impact. This property is amazing. The owner and property manager were over the top accommodating my needs. I highly recommend it to all who wish to enjoy the beauty of Naples and the amazing Vanderbilt Beach. Can’t wait to go back. Great place to stay in Naples

Great place to stay in Naples! It’s about a five minute walk to the beach. It’s close to all restaurants, Stores, in amenities. The place is very cozy and was well equipped. John is great with communication. I would definitely come back next time I’m in Naples.
