This beautifully appointed 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom brand new (completed in 2025) custom built home offers a mix of elegant indoor spaces and a private, resort-style outdoor oasis, perfect for creating unforgettable memories. The home consists of 3000 square feet under air and 4200 square feet under roof!

Accommodates 10 Guests: Enjoy spacious comfort with a 4 king beds as well as a bunk room for kids! Each bedroom features a ceiling fan and a Alexa enabled smart TV. A few of the bedrooms have direct access to the pool as well as electronic blinds behind the bed for ultimate privacy.



High End Bathrooms: Each of the 4 bathrooms are full and feature elegant showers and vanities. The very spacious main bathroom has multiple closets, a glass enclosed wet room with a soaking tub and a smart shower with a controller for different sprays, temperatures and more! Additionally the main bathroom has a electronic toilet with many settings and the other bathrooms have wall mounted toilets.



Fabulous Family Room: Relax in the family room featuring a posh Frame TV where guests can choose a background, plush sectional furniture, and a remote controlled electronic fireplace creating the ultimate cozy atmosphere. There is a Sonos surround sound system that can be connected to the TV and/or speakers or to music of your choice to create a wonderful atmosphere.



Gourmet Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is the heart of the home, boasting an oversized island with multiple bar stools, Taj Mahal Quartz counters and backsplash with a high-end appliance package. Many appliances can be controlled by apps that are integrated into a I-Pad that controls them or can be individually controlled. Outlets are hidden underneath the cabinets to ensure a sleek look.



Elegant Dining Area: Dine in style at the large table that seats 10, beautifully illuminated by a chic chandelier and with views and direct access to the lanai and pool.



Private Heated Pool & Spa: Take a dip in the luxurious pool, complete with a shallow shelf with fountains and 3 in water chaise loungers, or unwind in the relaxing spa. The pool has wonderful ambiance at night with its many lights! Additionally there are 2 sets of chaise loungers and tables. The pool faces north.



Outdoor Kitchen & Dining: Entertain in style with the large, well-lit outdoor kitchen, fully covered for year-round enjoyment. The spacious seating area with an outdoor TV is perfect for lounging as well as dining. Guests can gather around the propane fire pit table for casual conversations. All of the sliders leading to and from the outdoor space can be fully opened for ease of access. The sliders have safety controls on them that alert guests when they are opened for safety for children.



Extras for Guests:

8 cruiser bikes, 8 beach chairs, 1 coolers, 1 beach buggy, 1 beach wagon and a beach umbrella are all available for your days spent exploring nearby Vanderbilt and Bluebill beaches. The garage has a EV charging port for both tesla as well as a universal adapter for all makes and models.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $100 non-refundable damage fee or a $2,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 35 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.



This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received full payment and it is 2 weeks prior to arrival. Codes are changed automatically in between each reservation.
