This house is beautiful but the absolutely not the cleanest! There was no cleaning supplies, no 1 laundry detergent pod left. I had to contact the property manager for a hairdryer when the amenities stated there would be one in the home! The pool lights did not work at all! Let’s also add there was a cockroach in the kitchen, a live snail in the master bedroom, a lizard on the pillow in the double bunk bedroom and a big spider in the triple bedroom! The floors were literally the most disgusting part of the home! Could not walk without socks or slippers because the floors clearly were not vacuumed and mopped in a long time! The pool! Oh my goodness! There were dead caterpillars at the bottom of the pool that we had to clean out when the property manager said herself that the pool people were going to clean. There was not enough toilet paper either which we had to purchase ourselves! Nothing about this home is child safe either! Which is not great for young children! Trying to get ahold of just the property manager was a huge struggle itself! I had to call 5 times to Vecasa just to get someone to contact about early check in! Oh and the toilet paper holder was completely off of the wall, DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL, in the bathroom between the double bunk bedroom and the floor bed room. Definitely do not recommend this home at all!
