Outside your door, find an inviting community pool area and a quick walk to the beach across Gulf Shore Drive. Beach gear, all white linens, WiFi, cable, Smart TVs, and an in-unit front load washer and dryer are all included for your convenience. Simply pack your swimsuit and make your way to paradise! *All rentals of this property require approval by the condominium HOA. Relevant application forms will be emailed for completion after booking and must be submitted at least 20 days prior to occupancy. For that reason, late bookings (for check-in within 3 weeks) can't be accepted. The $100 application fee IS including with the booking charges.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary guest whose name is associated with this booking must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the duration of the reservation.

GUEST LIST: A guest list including full names and ages of all people who will be staying overnight must be provided in writing at least 24 hours to the guest(s) arrival.
