Naples Park Vacation Bungalow

Moderna casa de vacaciones de tres dormitorios y tres baños con patio privado y piscina climatizada. Gran salón acogedor con acogedora chimenea, cómodo sofá y áreas de descanso para tomar café, vino o un simple juego de ajedrez. My typical rental experience is one in which the pictures exceed reality. Not with this property where reality exceeds expectations. This property is in fantastic shape and in a great neighborhood that is in walking distance to the Ritz and beach. The house, with its three bedrooms, easily accommodated our group of five adults. There is a spacious living room that is perfect for watching TV and relaxing. The kitchen is spacious and has high end appliances and is stocked with dish ware and cooking ware. The eating area is nicely situated with a view of the heated pool. The pool and backyard are well maintained and create a pleasant environment. The owner is a great communicator and is invested in the renter’s experience. For example, since the weather forecast for our stay included some cooler days, the owner proactively came over our first day to ensure the heated pool was at the appropriate temperature to enjoy its use, which we surely did. It’s really rewarding to rent from an owner/manager who is committed to offering a quality property and the renter’s well-being. I highly recommend this property!

Family vacation

This home is in a great location! Close to beach and shopping. Naples park is a great safe neighborhood. We enjoyed bike riding to the beach as well as daily walks. The home had a wonderful nice and cool air conditioning system, the beds are extremely COMFORTABLE! The bikes are in great shape. The pool is open with no cage, great for getting sun, the pool does collect a lot of debris, however they have a pool net there to keep it clean. Peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Can't beat Vanderbilt Beach!

We booked a two-week vacation at this home, and it met every expectation! Tracy and her husband were super friendly and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We love this location with its proximity to the beaches, shopping, and ease to the airport. The kitchen was completely equipped, and with an additional fridge in the garage, we had plenty of freezer space and room for our beverages-that was a nice surprise!

Nice Location and Amenities

This property is located in a nice location near Vanderbilt Beach with many amenities nearby. The property has been renovated however the Master Bath has a stand up shower protruding from the ceiling right next to the sink which results in a wet area around the sink itself and countertop area; you cannot easily keep anything dry around the sink area. This area is separated by a sliding glass door right next to the toilet and the sliding door unfortunately leaked at the bottom which resulted in towels being used to dam off the water running into the toilet area itself.The curb appeal is beautiful and all appliances worked well; dishes and drinkware was well appointed.We did not use the bikes; there are many areas to use them. The beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler and wagon were used multiple days.The pool and surrounding area are well appointed, and taken care of - we enjoyed the pool multiple times.There are many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping nearby with some very nice upscale restaurants for dining.

Great location and very clean!

My wife and I enjoyed the quiet and privacy of the pool and backyard. Very relaxing! House was spotless and nicely remodeled. Enjoyed the 1 mile walk to the beach and restaurants, plus the neighborhood in general was very walkable and made for a nice morning exercise.

Comfy Naples Retreat

The house is located in a great area in Naples Park, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. It was very clean inside; but we did have to clean off the patio furniture and clean the pool - no cage, so that happens - no big deal. The house was very nicely renovated, and it had everything we needed (but bring your own Keurig coffee pods!). Tracy, the host, was terrific and promptly addressed any concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

When you don’t want surprises

Everything was as advertised. Talked to owner several times about minor questions and she was Johnny on the spot. Very well decorated and also very well equipped with dishes, pots snd pans, etc. several bikes provided for sightseeing. Would book it again.
