Jason, our host, was fabulous and responsive. His video for heating the pool was easy to follow and even though the weather was cold in Florida, we were able to enjoy the spa tub and pool for a small additional fee. He gave us great recommendations for local eating and activities. Definitely would come back to this place when in Naples, Florida.

Wonderful house with a pool

The house was exactly as described and what we were looking for. The pool was wonderful as well. Everything was as described and as pictured and we really appreciated the extras like the beach equipment. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions.I wouldn’t rent from Evolve again though. I tried to submit a booking directly through their website and they didn’t finalize the reservation and did not provide any specific reason why. I submitted the reservation through VRBO and it was accepted very quickly. The difference that I’m upset about is that I’m paying the 200 VRBO fee rather than booking direct with Evolve. It just feels shady.

Amazing Home Away from Home

The Palm River Estates house was absolutely perfect. The location of the home is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood near the LaPlaya Golf Course. It is conveniently located near beaches, stores, and all that Naples has to offer. The home itself was expertly appointed, decorated and maintained. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The beds and baths were comfortable and met all our needs. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained and we enjoyed many days and evenings in the outdoor spaces. This home will meet all of your vacation needs. We cannot recommend it enough and think anyone who is looking for a rental in north Naples would enjoy this comfortable and cozy home. It truly felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed a perfect stay as Jason, the owner, was extremely conscientious in making sure we had everything we needed. We have never had a host who was so friendly, kind and attentive. We sincerely thank Jason for making sure we had an excellent vacation.

Winter Family Vacation

The property was clean, comfortable and nicely done. The house had a lot of extras you many times don’t see in a rental. Jason, the owner was very responsive and flexible with some travel issues we had due to flight delays/cancellations. We enjoyed our stay. Lovely.

Well appointed house in a peaceful area.

We especially enjoyed the tranquil and private setting. Owner available to check on a few malfunctions, and will take care of rest in future. Kids enjoyed pool and play fort, and pool toys/ floats. Excellent location. No hurricane damage seen here.

Beautiful home in Naples!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Everything was beautiful and in good condition. The property owner was very responsive to our questions and very nice to work with. The property was very private(surrounded by trees) so you couldn’t see the golf course but we liked the privacy. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing and relaxing!

We loved every second of our stay here! House was amazing and even seemed larger than the pictures. Huge TV in the living room that we enjoyed for movie nights. House was fully stocked. There were plenty of beach towels, and the beach chairs and umbrellas were so nice to have. My daughter loved the beach toys. The pool and hot tub made this a perfect stay. Neighborhood was nice and felt safe. Owner was quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Palm River community

House was beautiful, modern well equipped with everything you need for relaxing vacation in Naples and great location. The top shelf beds in this home were the most comfortable even more so than the best five star Marriott’s we’ve stayed in over the years. Owners and property managers very attentive and their follow up to the few things we needed attention on at check-in was excellent. Choose this for your next stay you’ll be very glad you did!!

Wonderful Family Friendly House

This home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay with our family. Our kids enjoyed the pool, the play set, and the extra room to run around in the backyard. When we went to the beach we were able to use the toys and beach chairs that were provided. The house was extremely clean and tidy. The Tv had access to a variety of Apps to be able to watch whatever shows we wanted in the evenings. The kitchen had a great supply of cooking utensils and pans. This house truly has everything you need. And bonus, they had laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and trash bags for us.

Clean, beautiful, and well stocked

We had a little glitch getting in due to conflicting check in times between our instructions and the owner's expectations, but he solved it within 2 minutes and all was well. The house is clean and beautiful. There are enough dishes and towels for a big family! Besides the 3 beds, there is also a trundle bed, a pull out couch, and an air mattress. The huge collection of beach supplies was awesome! We also loved the pool and hot tub, and the kids liked the play fort.
