Es un lugar acogedor, silencioso, limpio y reformado. Inmejorable por la cercania a todos los transportes y zonas visitables. Lo unico que destacaria es que la zona donde esta da un poco sensacio de inseguridad, aunque es general en la zona mas turistica de Napoles.

Cómodo y espacioso cerca de la estación de tren
El trato fue muy amable, podías servirte snacks y jugos para el desayuno, la ubicación muy buena cerca del metro y la estación de tren y el tamaño de la habitación era muy bueno, hasta tenía un sofá.

Review.
Desde que llegué, el Host, Fabio, gentilismos, desde la recepción, con un café, hasta para indicarme direcciones, se brinda a completa disposición de los huéspedes. Excelente ubicación para moverse, ya que se encuentra en el centro histórico y donde está Napoli Centrale, buena relación, precio-calidad. Las habitaciones y el piso en general en muy buen estado y limpios. Cabe destacar que tiene ascensor, algo difícil de encontrar en edificios en esta ciudad. Sin duda, volvería.

Fair place, fair price, renovated, no laundry
Decent hotel with fair price to stay at this 5th floor renovated hotel. Breakfast is fair with break, spreads juices, cereal, milk, annd crackers. The walls are thin, not a good place to share top secrets. However, it is nicely set up. The difficulty is attempting to access this location. It is hidden behind a big brown door that houses other units. Also, be sure to contact the manager or else you may find yourself waiting a long time to enter. One negative is that the description Says there is on site laundry. This is false, this needs to be changed. Overall, considering the fair price, I would give it 7.5/10

The staff are excellent - very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is very clean - and the AC worked very well! The area around is not great. There are many places to eat, get coffee, ice cream etc. We walked to a great little restaurant nearby but it’s just a bit trafficky and unattractive. Great deal and metro is super close so overall a great place!

In a residential block so get the Italian life experience, my room was facing the courtyard so did not get noise of traffic. Lift is narrow and exterior entrance can be challening as portal is small. Do not like the non full time reception but staff was helpful when there. 10 mins walk to train station with lots of cheap dining options nearby. Not too touristy, gritty but feels safe. Open kitchen compensates for no kettle in the room.

The place is nice and the staff is great, the nighborhood isn't great but the people there were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and there's wifi. Just make sure you don't stay out too long at night. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay at Opera Home and the view from the balcony was beautiful.

Accoglienza gradevole, pulizia accettabile ma non impeccabile, nonostante non abbia richiesto la colazione sono disponibili biscotti e in frigo yogurt, succhi di frutta, etc. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno.

The hotel is about a 5 min walk from Napoli Centrale. Staff was very friendly. We got upgraded to a balcony room due to the lock on the room we booked not working. The room was clean & a great value. My only complaint is that it’s a high traffic area so there’s cars honking all day & night which made it difficult to sleep.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had while traveling. In order to get into the building you need to be buzzed in 2 separate doors. The owner was not present so we needed to call him, and he did not understand what we were saying until we video chatted him. After that we rode up an elevator to the door where we had to use a code AND a key to enter, and we were yelled at when he thought we did not return the key - which we did. We then entered our room which was clean, but there was no blanket on the bed, only 2 thin pillows for 2 people and the bed was quite uncomfortable. In order to reach the blanket I had to stand on a chair to access it on top of the 12 foot tall cabinet. When we needed to check out in the morning there were again no employees present, so we left a note instructing him to email us with any information. Disregarding the note, he called us and threatened to call the police because we had not made a payment. How are we supposed to pay if you are not present? We ended up using PayPal to complete the payment. Overall I would NOT recommend this hotel and I regret staying here.

Except me who reported you to expedia ... you arrived at 11pm last night when check in is before 9pm, so thank you that I allowed you to enter, the room is equipped with all comforts and also an air conditioner that makes area hot (if you were cold with the 30nhradi of Naples, it was enough .turn it on) I asked you yesterday to leave the money in the room to pay and you didn't, leaving in a hurry ... only after I threatened to call the police, did you pay !! .I hope this answer will be useful to the other hosts that I hope will never host you !!

Alles in Ordnung!
Das Hotel befand sich in der nähe des Bahnhof. Unmittelbar neben dem Eingang des Hotel befindet sich ein cafe, die erste Eingangstür, um in das Hotel zu gelangen, ist eine große Holztür. Ist man durchgegangen muss man durch die zweite Tür auf die linke Seite durch. Hinweis: es gibt einen Aufzug, jedoch muss man 0,10 cent dafür bezahlen, wenn nicht schon jmd Geld reingemacht hatte. Das Zimmer, für den angegebenen Preis, war wirklich super in Ordnung, alles war sauber!

Points positifs : très bon hotel, proche de la gare centrale de Naples, belle terrasse avec vue sur la ville située au 5ème étage. Je recommande. Points négatifs : la réception est parfois absente, il faut prévenir à l'avance votre heure d'arrivée à l'hotel.

Thie building is just off Piazza Garibaldi, great for catching the Metro or national rail . Corso Umberto shopping at hand . You can walk up and down La Spaccanapoli from here too . The place inside is on the top floor . Great views . Great staff and a fair breakfast provided. Room was a high standard with a balcony

Very nice place
The place is pretty awesome with private balcony and all! The room itself is very comfy and modern, Fabio the guest is very nice and attentive too! Would stay there again for sure!

Great location, safe building
Great value for money. Safe place to stay. Take 10cent with you to use the elevator (or ask lady downstairs) - you will be given them more after arriving so don’t worry!

The room is as in the picture. Newly renovated and clean and spacious. The building is old, it’s on the 5th floor and there is an elevator. It costs 10 cents to ride.
