VISTAS, VISTAS, VISTAS! La vista solo desde esta unidad debería hacerlo, pero hay más. Nos una milla de la playa. Esta unidad está ubicada en el famoso Park Shore Resort en Nápoles. Es un complejo AAA-3-Diamond con piscina climatizada, jacuzzi, tenis, voleibol de playa, racquetball, parrillas y senderos para caminar. La ubicación no podría ser mejor ni más conveniente. Estamos a solo una milla de las famosas playas del Golfo, Venetian Village, tiendas de comida, área de Pelican Bay. A muy poca distancia en auto de Tin City, la famosa 5th Ave South y la más apreciada 3rd Street South.

Ahora, sobre el apartamento: ¿He mencionado las increíbles vistas del apartamento desde las ventanas de pared a pared, de piso a techo? Las fotos que ves fueron tomadas por un aficionado (yo) con solo un iPhone en la mano y no transmiten con justicia los pintorescos terrenos, frecuentados por artistas aficionados y de renombre que vienen a pintar el paisaje.

El apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños fue renovado recientemente con electrodomésticos nuevos y muebles contemporáneos animados. Contiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 "en el dormitorio principal y un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 'en la sala de estar. Contamos con teléfono, wifi, cocina completa con todos los utensilios. También tenemos una lavadora / secadora DENTRO del apartamento. Naples PARK SHORE RESORT Perfect for Business AND Pleasure!!!

My wife and I stayed in this Naples Park Shore Resort 2BR/2BA Condo for 2 weeks in June, 2025. We were there on a combo trip for both Business & Relaxation time. The perfectly located Park Shore Resort was close to all my business meetings AND super close to virtually ALL Naples has to offer. This condo was perfect because it has 2 separate bedrooms --- important because I snore badly so we must sleep in separate bedrooms! The only problems we had were NOT due to the condo or the owner/manager, Elliott. VRBO reservation & payment systems were difficult but ELLIOTT was WONDERFUL getting the problems resolved. Like so many of the reviews have stated, Elliott is a WONDERFUL HOST and no one is better at QUICK & CARING COMMUNICATIONS. I am planning more Naples Business trips and when I do the first call I will be making is to ELLIOTT and, if required, because of him, I will again deal with VRBO required reservation/payment systems. By the way, I forgot to mention, my wife and I have each been in the long-term residential rental property management business in Florida for over 40 years. My family has been in the Florida Property Mgmt business for 97 years!! We do NOT manage SHORT-TERM Vacation Rentals because we know how difficult it is and this is why we can and do APPRECIATE & RESPECT owners/managers like Elliott so much more!!!

Wonderful Place to Call Home While in Naples

Location is excellent, condo is peaceful and well kept. Great view of trees and turtles and birds. Loved sitting on the screened lanai as it is on the 3rd floor and felt very private. There’s a delicious restaurant on the property. Elliott the host went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Thank you!!

College visit

Elliott was very friendly, and the place was clean but dated. One suggestion would be to provide more than just 4 rolls of TP and more than just one garbage bag. Dishwashing detergent was also not provided.The resort itself was nice with the outdoor pool and the restaurant served really great food! The location was not too far from the beaches.

Naples Winter Getaway

The location is great, the complex has a nice pool and restaurant, but the unit is in serious need of an update. The owner was very nice and responsive to issues, but the unit was not well stocked. I expect that he will address this for future renters.

Great time at All state football

The stay was prefect my son could go to the beach’s and come home to a home cooked meal. We were not fare from the beach so my other son was able to hang out at the beach. It was just an awesome stay

Perfect spot

We were in town for a sports tournament and this was the perfect spot. Space for our family to spread out and close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants and just 15-20 min from the fields. Elliott was an excellent host and checked to make sure all was well with check in and was responsive when I had a question.

Excellent Stay

-Communication with the host Elliot was great. -Check in was smooth and easy. -Condo had everything we needed for out stay, lots of space, quiet, pool area was excellent, great restaurant on site and within walking distance to the beach and other restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Nice condo complex

This condo property was nice because in addition to other amenities, there is an onsite restaurant. The condo is convenient to many restaurants, grocery store, and pharmacy. If U we’re in Naples again, I would stay at Park Resort.

Consider staying AFTER renovations

The condo was dated but clean, the host was very responsive and the location is perfect! HOWEVER - I would NOT consider staying during the week UNTIL the renovations are done. They begin reno's at 7 AM with a jack hammer, pounding and crew screaming to each other over the noise. This continues ALL day long so you CAN'T stay in the room - you must leave. I did message Elliot about the noise, is response was "my note fell short in anticipating all possibilities". Fell short was an understatement! He did remind me that he gave a discount, however the small discount doesn't make up for the fact we literally could not return to the room until the end of the day. Thankfully we only had 1.5 week days. There was not work being done on Saturday. Once the renovations are done I highly recommend this unit. The resort grounds are lovely, pool is fabulous and the location can't be beat.

Perfect little spot

Perfect location. Just minutes to the beach. The house even came equipped with beach supplies, chairs, umbrella and toys. The pool was beautiful and the restaurant connected to it was top notch. Very fast communication with the host.

Nice place, great location

This is our second stay at the Park Shore Resort. It fits our needs perfectly. Quiet, nice grounds with great amenities (large swimming pool, tennis/pickleball, friendly staff), walking distance to grocery stores and coffee shops. We even walked to the beach, which is a longer walk but a nice one. The units was clean and had comfortable furnishing. Clear and timely communication with Elliot. We'll be back

Fabulous location with resort amenities!

We had a great stay at Park Shores Resort! Perfect location 5 minutes from the beach! Pool was lovely and Elliot communicated with us all the while. There was some construction on-going, but really only heard it from the Lanai. Nice having a restaurant on-site as well!

This was really nice. Great unit, great location. Elliot was especially caring as we arrived quite late, and he looked out for us and ensured we'd have an easy check in even at 11PM!.
