My family and I had an amazing stay! The pool was a nice size and the temperature was perfect. The house was well equipped!!! And the view on the canal was beautiful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was great for our family of 11. Bathrooms large and nice showers. Comfortable beds and homey decor. Plenty of linens and beach supplies. Well supplied kitchen for large families. Kayaking and fishing in the back of the home were great. Pool well cared for and fun. Can walk or bike to Tigertail beach. Overall comfortable and relaxing atmosphere and would definitely stay here again.

Nice property, great location

We had a great time. The house had everything we needed for a large group (11 people). Walking distance to Tigertail beach. The owner/manager was very responsive to questions. Overall a very nice stay.

Plenty of space, close to Tiger tail!

Stayed with 11 family members, teens to seniors. Never felt crowded. Plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen, great bikes and kayaks. Best of all, just a short bike ride to the awesome Tiger tail beach.

We had everything we needed to kayak, bike ride, and swim. Kitchen had all amenities needed. Definitely plan to return.

Was a bit disappointed that you had to walk through one bedroom to get to another but my adult daughter and son took those rooms. Pool ladder needs to be fixed. Barn doors fell off track when my daughter tried to open and close them. Probably would have been better just to keep them off. Bathrooms were very nice. Great pool, water toys. Maybe could supply a high chair

Furniture is very old, and almost nothing is updated. the dishes, cutlery, pots and pans are ok. lightning is poor. doors are all unclean, like in the bathrooms, entrance, etc. they do not even close well The photos show a different house. Too many emails and messages from property management company.

Just what the Doctor ordered

We had a fantastic stay on Marco Island! The house was exactly as advertised - spacious and bright with a perfect layout for our 2 families (7 cousins ranging in age from 6-14). The kids spent endless hours between the pool and the dock, and we loved the easy bike ride to Tigertail Beach and to the shops. It was the perfect distance for a fun family outing on wheels. The kitchen was well-equipped with a full range of appliances, which made cooking meals a breeze. What truly impressed us, though, was how well-stocked the house was with essentials. We've stayed at many VRBOs in the past, but this one had everything you could think of - spices, oils, aluminum foil, you name it! They even had a whole selection of margarita blenders, which came in very handy after a long day at the beach! Little touches like this really made a difference and helped us feel right at home. Overall, we can't recommend the property enough. The house was perfect, the location was ideal, and the owner was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

4.5 stars as the house had many positives; a few negatives. The house itself was spacious! The lanai & grill are great! 2 BRs are attached- you have to go through one to get to the other. The master BR was hot. Fans provided which may help, but noisy.The pool was great to have & heated is a definite bonus! However, there was no info to alert us to the pool toys in the storage closet outside the pool, so we only discovered them on our last night there. Kayaks seemed cool but they weren’t easy to manage getting into the water-a kayak lift should be a standard piece of equipment to have if you advertise having kayaks as the pictures showed.Bikes & lawn chairs & tons of beach towels-all of this was a draw of this house as it helps those in our group who flew and couldn’t pack these. There were a LOT of towels/beach chairs. And no one needed to rent bikes.There were A LOT of dishes, silverware, coffee pots, etc. However, many of the pots/pans were old & worn; nonstick coating was scratched off of some so cooking on the stovetop resulted in food getting stuck to the non-quality pans several times. We loved the Margarita machine! We stayed 15 days and were given one week’s starter packs of dish soap, dishwasher pods, and two trash bags. They could have doubled our supply since we had a two week stay. When we first booked we assumed it was a person’s home but found out later that it was owned by a company. You have to get your keys offsite. We were happy with this house overall.

The kitchen was well equipped, pool was a good dize for eleven adults to relax in. Not the cleanest interiors, a good scrub of vents, ceiling fan and bathrooms is needed.

Enjoyed having so many kayaks for our large group as well. Lots of seating in enclosed porch area. It was a longer walk to the beach than I imagined (Tigertail has a lot of sand to walk thru to get to the water). Highly recommend this rental for large group

Fun filled week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in a wonderful location and is near everything you could need. The activities provided for you, kayaks, bikes, pool floats etc were much appreciated and added to the fun the house also provided all the amenities we could need. The acoustics in the house we're not good as you could hear any little thing throughout. The fact we received a warning call as we were just sitting on the lanai talking at 6:55pm on a Saturday was upsetting. I mean there are 12 people talking, and it wasn't the neighbors complaining, so just know the owners receive noise alerts from sensors at the house. Seems invasive to me. Some of the mattresses were uncomfortable and some outlets in bathrooms did not work. Description of beds was misleading, as the sofa bed is in the living room and not in with one of the king sized beds as expected. There is also a neighbor who would stand on his lanai and watch us in the pool which was kind of disturbing. Overall though, we had a wonderful time and have no regrets about choosing this house.

The house accommodated us perfectly and had everything we needed for a good experience for all. The kayaks and bikes helped a lot considering the weather wasn’t always great for pool time! We walked to the farmers market, restaurants and the grocery store. Great location!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was wonderful until we went to breakfast on our last day. We returned to the house after breakfast to let my granddaughters go to the bathroom and had found out that all the toilet paper had been removed from the house. We had returned to the house before the 10:00 check out time. We also had an incident that we returned home from being out one day and the garage was open. Now that we know that the owner of the home lived close by and was the one ho removed all the toilet paper I fill kinda creeped out. Long story short would we rent from Marco Island properties yes, this house maybe no unless the owner understands about privacy.

The owner and management team were responsive and helpful.

Reviewer Comments: As a family of 9 (6 adults, 3 children), we spent 2 weeks in this house and we had a very good experience.We visited one week post Hurricane Ian and other than one panel of the lanai not being there you would not have noticed any issues.Great sized swimming pool and very quiet location (well, until the 3 kids went outside!!).Marco Vacation Properties great as always and the home owner themselves even took the time to come check on an issue after the pool pump stopped working due to a power surge.Second time (and second house) with Marco Vacation Properties and would recommend them to anyone.

The home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay on Marco. Management was very attentive to our needs. Watching the sunset from the lanai is the best! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for groups

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of room for a big group. Pool was great, as was house location on water and kayaks to use. The layout is odd, and though it's 6 bedrooms, one of the bedrooms only is accessible through another so it's kind of 5 bedrooms really. And those two bedrooms have no bathroom on that side of the house. House could use some updating but we didn't spend much time inside anyways. Very helpful responsive owner, would stay again.
