We love staying here. Our family has stayed at this property multiple times. It's a great home base for a Southwest Florida vacation. Chris is a great host and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is relaxing and carefree.

Home Away from Home

This is our second time renting Chris’ house and we couldn’t have experienced a more enjoyable stay. The house is perfect and feels like home, from the comfort, cleanliness, location and safety. We loved our stay and we can’t wait to come back. See you soon, Chris!

Property was amazing. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious kitchen. Back patio and pool were amazing. Rooms very comfortable. Did not dissapoint. Will definitely book again. Host Chris was always available and accommodating.

Great home with a pool!

Loved this updated spacious home with an amazing outdoor space! This home was very clean, well stocked with anything we could need, and conveniently located. 100% recommend staying here if you are going to be in the Naples area. Will definitely stay again when we come back down.

Very quiet neighborhood with friendly people. Comfortable house with beautiful outside pool and entertainment area on lanai. Host was very friendly and responsive to all our needs Will return to visit again!

Beautiful, quiet family spot!

We had a fabulous stay! It's convenient to everything in Naples and in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood. The house is immaculate, beautiful and has all the comforts of home! The beds are very comfortable, the patio and pool was our favorite spot and Chris was easy to keep in touch with. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could!

We enjoyed our stay- very nice and clean house! Great neighborhood for walking and only 15 minutes to downtown Naples and many activities! Plenty of room for extended family! Great overall experience!!

Beautiful stay

We stayed at Vita Solare for almost 4 weeks and had a wonderful time there. Everything was just like shown on the pictures, if not more beautiful. The welcoming interior and comfortable atmosphere made us feel like home from the minute we arrived. The contact with the landlord worked perfectly, he gave very fast and helpful answers. Great experience, for sure not our last stay!

Amazing property in Naples

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood...had the perfect family stay visiting friends in the area. Chris's home is perfectly appointed with everything you need and more in a home away from home. The outdoor lanai and pool area is just fabulous as is the open floor plan and newly remodeled kitchen. Can't imagine a more ideal home...this checks all the boxes! Chris also provides a very detailed user guide for all aspects of the home interior and exterior living spaces. Chris is a wonderful host! Would give this 11 stars if we could! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing Weekend Getaway❤️

The stay was wonderful. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean , cozy n comfortable. I recommend this house n Host 100%. I would definitely stay again. Close to beach. Neighborhood was also amazing. I was super Impressed by the decor n how he had the best kitchen n island I have stayed in. N we go every year to Naples .I went with both my kids n their spouses. Had a wonderful stay ❤️

Perfect for a family vacation

We booked this home for our yearly family getaway. Beautiful, spacious and immaculate home. Well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed hanging out in the pool and spa. The lovely patio area has plenty of furniture as well as a tv. The owner, Chris is quick to respond to any questions. My family had an amazing time! We look forward to our next stay!

Fantastic stay!

Truly beautiful place to spend time with family. Upscale furnishings and feel throughout. The outdoor space is outstanding with heated pool, hot tub, grill fire pit, pool toys everything you need for a memorable time. The kitchen is well furnished and has everything one needs. Plenty of towels, bedding and everything one needs. Chris was attentive and a fantastic host. Thank you !

Perfect Home

We came to Naples to look for a home to purchase, but unfortunately, this house wasn't for sale. It is the perfect home. The house was in perfect condition, clean, modern, and well-appointed. We loved to get up in the morning and take a swim and watch the golfers. We would definitely return

Can’t wait to come back!

Wow! We were so impressed with our stay and Chris’ home. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and neighbors were friendly. The house is immaculate and has so many useful amenities. The pool was great and the heater was more necessary than we expected at night time - what a great addition! It was a quick drive to downtown Naples. We loved every second of staying here and visiting Naples, we cannot wait to come back and stay here!
