The photo displayed in the app does not accurately reflect reality—specifically regarding the privacy of the pool. Furthermore, the sofa bed is uncomfortable to sleep on; the owner turned off the air conditioning at night, making the heat unbearable. Consequently, the stay was a very poor experience. I hope the necessary corrective measures are taken so that the reputation of this excellent app is not compromised. Thank you for your understanding. Could you please clarify the 40 payment for the two hours of early check-in? The app indicates that I owe a total of 289. Thank you.
