We had an excellent stay at this VRBO in Naples. We were a group of eight and the home handled it comfortably without ever feeling crowded. The property was exceptionally clean and clearly very well maintained.The kitchen was one of the best stocked we have seen in a rental. It had everything you would need and more, including basic supplies like sugar and spices along with a full range of pots, pans, and cooking tools. It made meals easy and enjoyable.The outdoor space really stood out. The heated pool was fantastic and used every day. What truly set this property apart though was the attention to detail with extras. There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a beach cart which made trips to the beach effortless. They also had pickleball paddles and balls, tennis rackets, and bicycles, which kept both the adults and kids entertained throughout the stay.The home is located in a lovely gated community, which felt safe and quiet. The kids had an amazing time and there was always something for them to do.Check-in was seamless and the host was excellent. They reached out on the day of arrival to make sure everything was perfect, which was appreciated and added a personal touch.Overall, this is one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed in. Everything was thoughtfully set up and it made for a very easy and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend.

The location was fantastic. 10mins from the beach, downtown, restaurants, mall, and paradise sports complex. Very quiet and secure neighborhood. The home owners had everything we needed for a day at the beach. All linens, beach towels, and other amenities were also provided saving a ton of space in the car and time packing all of those items. They also had all of the supplies needed to do laundry and the dishwasher. The house had more than enough space for a family of 5 with 2 small dogs. We ate all of our meals outside enjoying the lanai and pool. If we go back next winter we will stay in the same house. The only recommendations we could come up with would be a robot vacuum as we personally dont allow shoes in our house so we are big on keeping floors clean and a brighter pool light, neither of which are decision makers.

Stayed here with family and infant granddaughter. Baby crib and highchair made it very accommodating. House was very comfortable and clean. Located in a very nice community centrally located to downtown Naples and Beaches.

Winter warmth

This is a beautiful home, well laid out for a group of friends or family. The pool and lanai area is great for swimming and enjoying the sunny days. The host has provided plenty of beach items to ensure fun in the sun and sand at the Naples beaches. Our host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions and the neighborhood was really nice. We plan on being back! There are some jet noises from flights leaving Naples airport but we did not let them intrude on our fun!

Great Place!

This was such a wonderful place. We had so much space for a family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the pool with outdoor kitchen was amazing. We can't wait to come back to this place!

Naples Retreat

Very Nice!

This is a spacious home in a quiet neighborhood that is close to the Fort Myers airport (30 mins) and the downtown Naples shopping areas (15 mins). The home has all the amenities for a relaxing week in Florida, including a heated pool and outdoor grilling area/TV all enclosed in a spacious lanai. This is particularly nice for families or groups of people so that no one feels cramped for space. There are 3 bedrooms on one side of the house (2 with queen beds and one with 2 twin beds) and 1 king bedroom master suite on the opposite side of the house as you can see from the pictures. 2 bedrooms open up to the pool area. Overhead lights outside the pool area give it a special charm at night. I think that 3 couples or a family of 4-6 people would be very comfortable here. The only minor distraction is the sound of overhead planes from the nearby Naples Municipal airport. This was not a bother for us, but might be for some. Highly recommend this property for your vacation, we hope to stay here again on our next trip to sunny Florida !

Briarwood vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed the 2-week stay. We had several family members ranging from a 1 year old baby to 83 year old grandmother and we had plenty of room and comfort. Great living room and kitchen area, and large master bedroom, pool area was nice. Briarwood is a great neighborhood and we enjoyed walking each day and playing pickleball. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Perfect Family Getaway

This is my second time renting this property and we will come back again for more. There is more than enough space for our family of 7. Our favorite part is the backyard. Feels very private. We spent a lot of time at the pool as well as the grill/tv area. The beach was a short drive away and the host provided all the beach gear we needed plus a wagon to haul it. There was a larger pool, tennis court, and pickle-ball court in the community. The hosts provided rackets and paddles during our stay. The separate wings were convenient when putting our baby down for naps. Overall I feel the host provides a lot to make guests feel comfortable.
