Really enjoyed our stay!

This place was a perfect location for the beach getaway! We traveled with our two college-aged children, and enjoyed the beach so much. It’s a good walk away from the property, but the property offered so many benefits! They had a beach wagon, beach, chairs, beach games. it was really well stocked. In addition, the management property was super easy to get in touch with through text. I appreciated their constant communication. We would definitely stay there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 4-601 has recently been updated, it is very nice. My wife and I were for 28 days, we really enjoyed the time there. The pool is very nice with plenty of chairs and the beach is right there. It's a bit of a walk to get to the water because the beach is huge.

Christmas on the Beach

Beautifully renovated and decorated condominium with all the needed amenities and more. Locker full of beach chairs, umbrellas and small cooler. Check in and out is seamless and the unit itself was very clean. The master bedroom has a cute slatted slider door instead of a normal bedroom door which provided little privacy. Beautiful big beaches that are well kept.

Great condo!

The condo itself could not have been better! Very clean, very nice furnishings. We checked in after hours on the weekend and had trouble finding the office to buy a parking pass on Monday morning. The walk to the beach was further than it looks in the pictures. 10-15 minute walk and not close to any facilities, so you have to walk all the way back to the condo for bathrooms. Pool area was nice. Condo in a nice safe area.

The property was well maintained, and the condo unit had everything you need for a nice vacation. Everything was in good repair, and very clean. The only change I would make would be to make the check in process a bit less complex. We didn't really know what we were doing or what to expect when we first got there.

You open the front door to ocean greeting you outside the sliding glass doors. Everything one could need is there. The buildings and grounds are beautiful. We always felt safe and enjoyed all the amenities especially tennis and pickle ball. We are anxiously waiting for spring dates next year to call and book again. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very beautiful, well maintained, upgraded and clean. Has lovely gulf view too. Owner has taken care of every little details of things renters might need, games, beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, towels, some groceries items like sugar, salt etc to name few. Happy with the condo. Only issue we faced was that it takes 9 minutes walk to reach the beach and due to the very hot summer it was becoming very hard. Don't know how this can be resolved, but tiger tail beach is a bit of walk.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great setting and location, with beautiful views of Tigerrail beach and the setting Sun in February. The layout and updates to the Condo are great with a modern feel and look. HVAC worked well. Really need to bring all your own toiletries. Suggest the Winn-Dixie closest to island. The Fridgr has filtered water which was good but we also bought A good amount of bottled water. Pool just so-so not much mo-jo. The Condo leadership is just okay and laundry machines have $10 min, for $3.50 load. Great location and place overall.

My Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex and condo were very beautiful, however, the racoons that were running around were not. We checked out early and dropped our keys in the lock box at the office. I got a call 4 hours later stating that I had only returned one set of keys. A manager was supposed to call me, but I never got a call and was charged $247.00 for keys. The person that called me was very unprofessional and I didn't appreciate being accused of basically stealing keys to the unit. Really - why would I do that ?? I was in the rental business for quite a while and find it hard to believe that you only have 2 sets of keys for each unit and couldn't give me time to check and overnight the keys back to you.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: location, safety, quietness, beach access, updated, plenty of towels, storage locker full of everything needed for the beach, great view, amazing sunsets, plenty of parking, trash drop and laundry right outside the door, kitchen was well stockedCons: Not necessarily a con for the condo but turning left onto Collier Blvd. got tricky during traffic, key system is cumbersome but not a big deal, walk to beach was a bit longer, I def got my steps in but I could see how older folks could have difficulty with the distance, also the elevators were crowded and we had to wait a while for them to show up during busy times, waited almost 15 mins and 4 passes before we could get onto one and then had to ride the elevator up just so we could get down (I assume this was because of spring break week and not necessarily all the time).Would def stay here again and would recommend these Towers!

All the things you look for in a vacation, this beautifully remodeled condo provided. Not to mention, the owners left plenty of beach supplies so we really didn't even have to bring beach towels. We really enjoyed our views from the condo. Whether it was the morning, noon or evening, each part of the day provided endless beauty. We also loved the proximity of the Tigertail Beach. We rented a kayak, canoe and paddleboard, and spent an afternoon exploring around. We collected dozens of beautiful seashells, relaxed by the pool, enjoyed the gorgeous beach and ocean and just enjoyed time together as a family! We would love to return someday!

September 2021 Stay

This unit is beautiful. There is a lot of attention to detail to make guests feel comfortable. There are extra blankets, the towels are soft, plenty of items for the beach and pool. The sunset views are astounding!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best week at The Teal Pelican. The condo has everything you need for a week at the beach. The bath towels are soft and there are plenty of them. The beach towels are almost like blankets. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, we didn’t cook but opened all the cabinets and drawers. :). If you are planning a day at the beach just know it’s a bit of a walk, we don’t mind the walk, just something to be aware of. We will most definitely stay here again.

PERFECT location for a family vacation

The condo and location was perfect for our family of 4….and we have teenagers! Condo was comfy, clean, and had EVERYTHING we needed. The view was AWESOME…overlooking the ocean and a lagoon. Can enjoy the sunset from the balcony. A few things to note - there is a decent walk to the beach (10 mins) and there are a few rules at the pool (no food in the pool area and no drinks in the pool). Check in process is a bit clunky - have to stop at the main office for keys and tower 3 for parking pass. Elevators can get busy especially on the weekend. We highly recommend this condo and would love to go back!!

Beautiful View

The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our two week stay. We did not experience construction noise as others have reported. Only complaints are as follows: the check I. Process/communication could have been better. After 3 trips up the elevator we found out that there was a cart room to help carry our belongings. Check out was certainly easier after knowing this. The property’s various key and security system is a pain in the ass. There are numerous keys for different a. Ed’s points that you must carry around with you and remember which key opens which gate or door. A pass card access would certainly update this resort. The only outdoor cooking area is a community 3 coal burning grill area. The grills are filthy and old and the grilling area could be updated. The female security officer at the arrival drive in booth is rude and is lacking in social skills. She acted as though we were bothering her by asking where we could park. The beach is beautiful but is a bit of a hike especially if you’re carrying chairs and a cooler. Even with a wagon it can be exhausting but it is worth the hike- just be prepared and not think the beach is a step from the property. Overall the condo was excellent and I would return.
