Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 3rd time on Marco Island — fantastic way to spend a week. Beautiful, well - appointed condo. Great deck with sliding doors from living room and both bedrooms. Great pool area. Terrific staff who keep facilities very clean and organized. Nice beach (very large area of beach in front of condo complex) and not very crowded in that area. Very good service from Marco Island Vacation Properties. Great communication from them and simple instructions for arrival and departure. Overall great experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 6 years straight to Marco in February. We love the beach, the restaurants, the pickleball and the relaxation. Second time in this unit but will stay in another South Seas property. The unit is great overall with a nice view of the pool and gulf. It is 90% updated but the bathrooms need finishing. And 3+ weeks on those beds is not appealing.

Always love our trip to Marco and Marco Vacation Properties makes it easier. 2nd time in this condo. Love the corner unit and it has been 90% updated. we will use another unit next year and hope for better beds, a larger TV, and higher finished bathrooms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful condo, nicely equipped and updated. Mattress in master bedroom definitely needs replaced but otherwise lovely condo. Staff from Marco Vacation rentals were very responsive when we needed beach towels (condo only had 3) they had more delivered right away. Beach is only a 15 minute walk but it's a long walk.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another wonderful vacation in Marco and the first time in this Unit. We love the end unit with the wrap around porch. Marco Vacation Properties does a fantastic job and always responds quickly when we contact them. The condo included all of the important amenities and the upgrades were all well done (kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, etc.) We were very happy to see the main hallway improvements from the elevator to the condo. We would suggest a larger TV in the living room but we have already made plans to stay here again next year. Island Gypsy Cafe and Ciao Bella were our favorite restaurants.

Everywhere was very crowded so we retreated to our balcony to watch the sunset and relax. Renting was easy and the condo had all the essentials.

Amazing stay!

Amazing condo, clean, specious, updated, had everything you need and location was alsoamazing. 8 min walk to the beach. Pool was also great, kids loved it! We will be back!!

Beautifully updated condo with a great ocean view! We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Only con was the room had not been cleaned when we arrived, but the property manager quickly sent out the cleaning crew.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Sea Side. The unit was beautifully remodeled and decorated. It was perfect for me, my husband and teenage son. The pickle ball courts are great and the pool is lovely. Getting your car checked in on the first day is the only snag in the process. Long lines to get vehicles checked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed my stay at South Seas Tower 4-311. Perfect location, beautiful scenery, close to restaurants, shops and theaters. The accomodations were nice but did need a bit of updating. But other than that, it was perfect. Though you are close to the beach, the beach is massive so it's a 10 minute walk to the water. Also, the beaches are beautiful, but a ton of shells. This is a minus and a plus. If you collect sea shells, this is the place for you! If you're tender footed, you'll be walking along the beach with some kind of footwear. But again, wonderful place. And the staff at Marco Island Vacation Properties were so helpful and nice! Would highly recommend a jet ski tour with Captain Ron while you're here, that excursion was a blast!

Let me start by saying how wonderful the views are and we cannot wait to return! Would recommend a DEEP cleaning in baths and kitchen as well as painting some walls. Was disappointed it didn't appear to have been properly cleaned prior to our arrival, but I took care of it myself with cleaning supplies provided. Overall, a nice place to relax.

Great Location

Excellent view. Beds were comfortable. It had everything you need. We are fans of South Seas so this condo was perfect for us. We really enjoyed staying here!

Reviewer Comments: Booking this property was very easy and convenient and Andrew was wonderful to work with. When we arrived to the unit, the AC wasn’t working. We reported the issue and it was corrected right away with no problems. The unit was tastefully decorated and the view and location were great. The only downsides were that the unit had not been cleaned properly before our arrival and the kitchen was not well stocked. The hallways were under construction and the carpets were torn out. Overall, our experience was very good.

South Seas Tower 4 Condo 311

The SST4 was a nice property! We enjoyed the pool & broad walk to the beach with private access. The cleaning station as you return from the beach was great to spray off any sand, before entering back into the building. The hallways leading to our condo were dated, dirty, & need to be replaced. They pretty stained. But all in all, don’t let that stop you from renting this condo! The condo itself was AMAZING! Exactly as described & pictured! Views were fantastic. Noise was almost nonexistent. Kitchen was supplied well with dishes & pans to cook with, bathrooms & linen closet was ample stocked. I would suggest extension cords if you have phone chargers as outlets are full & not close to beds. Couches & dining space was comfortable and beautiful decorated! Bed was comfortable! Shower has great water pressure. Parking was nice in the covered lower level entrance. Overall, we would book this place again in a heartbeat!

Spring Get Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been to Marco Island several times and rented in the South Seas Towers. Upon arrival, we were very disappointed to enter the condo to filthy floors, especially in the bathrooms. The dishes in the cupboards were dirty too. The view is Spectacular from the condo. It states it sleeps four, but the balcony only has seating for two. One high top table. This makes it hard if our kids were to be there for dinner to sit out and enjoy the view/sunset with very little seating! It also stated there was a beach umbrella , which there was not. Our rental agency helped us out very nicely with that! Overall, the condo is nice, but we were very uncomfortable with the cleanliness (we also killed a HUGE beetle type bug in the master bedroom), and bummed about the poor balcony furniture.

The carpet was dirty and stained and looked like an old and well used college dormitory. The hallways need to be recarpeted.
