Great house, nice neighborhood, the outside pool area is very comfortable and inviting. Easy walk to the beach. And we loved the burrowing owl living in the front yard!

Perfect family getaway

We had the best time here for our summer family gathering! The pool area was especially nice for activity and relaxing with privacy. Lovely home, clean property with lush landscaping. Great communication with the host. Great location! Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at this lovely home.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. It had everything you could possibly need and more. Mark from itrip checked in on us during our trip and was a pleasure to work with. Walking distance to the beach was a plus and the outdoor area was beautiful to relax in around the pool. Would definitely stay here again and look forward to working with itrips again!

Fantastic Stay

House is beautiful and so close to the beach! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Tons of chairs, umbrellas, toys and beach wagons. Quick walk to beach access right by the JW Marriott. We walked up the the JW tiki bar from the beach for afternoon cocktails! Grab a drink for sunset because the sunsets are amazing! Pool was beautiful and the lanai was perfect! We enjoyed sitting around the fire every night. Plenary of space in the home for the 5 of us. Comfortable and did I mention, clean!! Easy walk or drive to several wonderful restaurants. Highly recommend!

Very nice house and a comodations!!

Very simple renting! Property is gorgeous with lots of homey touches. Outside area was excellent for playing in the pool, relaxing and getting away from everything. Would recommend this property to anyone. Very short walk to the beach and the Marriott which is what we needed.

Great Family Vacation to Marco Island

This property is in great condition and wonderfully laid out for a family vacation. There are plenty of towels (bath and beach/pool), well equipped kitchen, private pool and lanai, and just a short walk to the beach. The garage has plenty of space and is loaded with every bit of beach equipment we needed for a family of 7. We only had young adults, but there were toys and baby gear too. We loved sitting outside visiting on the lanai and jumping in the pool anytime we wanted. We rented bikes and rode to the beach or walked some days too. The house is within a short drive to most restaurants and main streets that made it easy to get places easily. This property was perfect and we would book again should we every visit Marco again!

Loved this house!

We stayed 6 night here, 4 adults and 2 teens. The house had everything we needed. It is beautifully decorated. The pool area was so relaxing and the screened in area kept us bug free. The beach was a 10 minute walk. We used the beach chairs and carts provided by the rental with no problem. We hope to return to this lovely home on Marco Island.

Absolutely beautiful...hope to visit again!

We traveled to this property in June and hands down this was one of our most fave trips of all time. The property is clean, immaculate actually, (priority #1), in a great location (priority #2) and was decorated beautifully. The home had everything you need to relax for a week long vacation (wish it had been longer). The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the utensils, eatery, pots and pans that you need, including a K-cup/coffee pot combo. The beds and linens were so comfortable. The TVs plentiful and vibrant. And the pool, my fave....was well... just perfect. My kids loved the floats and toys available and the tv outside where we could listen to music while swimming. The garage had every beach toy, beach cart, coolers, etc. you could ever imagine. We also liked that we were able to use the garage to park. There were beach/pool towels and a clothes drying rack. The rain shower in the master was just the perfect extra touch! Our family is very picky and cleanliness is our main priority. The house was so clean and just simply fresh; we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Mark was prompt and responsive with all of our inquiries. Two items I would comment on, neither of which detract from our love of the property: 1) it is warmer in the master bed then the rest of the house, however there is a nice big ceiling fan that we kept running, especially at night; 2) the city has a very strict noise ordinance, so strict in fact that we received a warning of a possible violation, while we were sleeping which is a very odd. Believe me, we were sound asleep that late at night. I would just warn that if you are a loud and boisterous family who likes to sit outside while grilling and swimming, please read up on the noise ordinance to ensure you aware of the law. Great Spring Break. Gorgeous house

Just returned from great week at this home. Well appointed and comfortable and super clean. We loved being walking distance to beach for morning walks and sunset. The layout is perfect And gorgeous finishings. While we didn’t use anything there is tons of beach gear. Check in a breeze and the property manager Mark was super responsive and helpful. Loved that the owner left diffusers in each room and had a stocked kitchen. Only drawback and it is very minor one is we would’ve liked an outdoor dining table rather than the bar and couch. I like to work outside in the mornings with coffee and and you couldn’t eat outside for dinner comfortably. That said after eating and the nice indoor table it was nice and comfy to sit outside. Just be quiet after 8 (Marco midnight is a real thing!)

Exceeded out wildest dreams.

The property was beautiful. The owners showed, through what they provided, that they could trust people who stayed in their house to take care of what they provided. All of the dishes and kitchen utensils were brand new. There were floats for the pool, yoga mats and weights, a printer for the computer which we ended up needing. There were flashlights for walking the dog at night, extra batteries, beautiful power leather recliners ..... so many great amenities. One suggestion would be to provide better directions on how to work the tv and maybe provide some plastic dishes to use outside. The owners really thought of everything you might need. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay in Marco Island

We had a great time. Everything is as advertised. Beach is a short walk away and the house is greatly equipped with tons of amenities. Shari is a great host and was always responsive. Would definitely love to come back!

Perfect Stay

This is a great property with all of the upgrades and a great pool. The house has everything you need for the stay, including beach chairs and umbrellas. Just a short walk to the beach access (less than 5 minutes) and couldnt have asked for a better stay
