Perfect Nashville House for Group

This house was great for a 3 night weekend in Nashville. We had 9 people and there was plenty of space for sleeping and spending time in the spacious main floor (living room/kitchen). The roof is amazing for hanging out and enjoying views of the cities. We were able to walk to meals in the Gulch, and it’s a quick Uber ride to downtown. Perfect house for our group.

Excellent Property/Will Stay Again

This was my first VRBO, experience, and was an excellent experience! House was amazing, clean, stocked well, linens were very nice, all beds and mattresses were nice. Our coffee pot stopped working, and the Host replaced it within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this property, and leasing from this Host.

Awesome condo

The condo was so clean and cozy! Great location for walking to Gulch area. Loved the rooftop view of Downtown Nashville. We had a truck and 25’ trailer, and found plenty of parking on Archer St. We were able to park our 4 motorcycles in the garage. Would stay again!!!

Perfect Rental Spot!

5 STARS IN ALL CATEGORIES!!!!! Stayed here with a group of 4 couples for an extended weekend getaway. The house was beautiful beyond expectations and extremely clean upon arrival. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas were spacious and the place has the perfect layout for large groups. Check-in and check-out were made very easy by property owners, and they were super responsive to all of our questions throughout the booking process. Location was amazing - a short walk to the Gulch, and quick Uber (or scooter ride) to Broadway! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Nashville!!!

Fantastic Place

Very clean and spacious. Each bedroom has a full bath with it. . . COMFORT! The rooftop deck gives great views of the downtown area. 3 Couples, very nice, could have brought in another couple and still been great.

Perfect house for girls' weekend away

We stayed here for a 40th birthday celebration with 11 girls. We could not have asked for a better house - it was immaculate, the layout was perfect and everything was new and up to date. The location was also perfect and we felt very safe and comfortable the whole time. Tyler and Drew were very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Nashville and hope to return one day!

Great Location! Beautiful home!

Myself and 8 girlfriends stayed in this lovely home for a 40th birthday weekend. There was plenty of room for us in this spacious home. Beds were comfy! Amenities were great! The roof top bar was a fun space for Happy Hour sunset views of the city. We walked to and from the gulch for shopping and lunching. Easy Uber rides to broadway and 12 south for shopping. Highly recommend for your Nashville stay! Drew was great in communicating with us about the property and the area. As well as offer some recommendations. 5 STARS
