Everything online indicated that a stay at the Cozy Suites would be as close to perfect as we could hope for. The location was ideal. The reviews and images were all glowing. The reservation for our 6 night stay and communications leading to the stay were smooth and easy.Unfortunately, everything changed the day of our arrival, March 22nd. In route to the property, I received a communication that the 2-bedroom suite we had reserved was not going to be available due to scheduled maintenance. Here is the message:“Hello Earl, I hope you're doing well. We wanted to inform you that the unit you’ve reserved may not be available tonight due to a scheduled maintenance. To ensure your comfort, we’d like to offer you two 1-bedroom units at no additional cost as an alternative. Rest assured, you can move into the original unit you booked by tomorrow, March 23rd. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your cooperation.”We purposely reserved the 2-bedroom unit due to the collaborative nature of the business in Nashville so having two 1-bedroom units represented a significant inconvenience.
