Hello Casey! I am very disheartened by your experience with us. However, I am thankful you brought this to our attention. This gives us a chance to learn, grow and become better. While we strive for perfection this was not your experience. I am going to refund your facility fees and some additional amounts. Be on the lookout for a new Folio. Hi Andrew! Thank you so much for the review! I am so sorry for the confusion on the Ice and Coffee. We dont have coffee machines as we have, have a coffee show where you can get complimentary coffee. However, we do have some coffee machines by request. We also have the ice delivered to the room, instead of having Ice machines. I am sorry about the confusion. It breaks my heart to hear you had so many tiny issues and while you may not of have big ones these tiny ones mean just as much to us.
