The house was a nice size and 3 of the bedrooms have king sized beds which was a treat. Also there was 3 full sized bathrooms which was also a nice plus for adult couples. The house is close to Franklin, which is a cute town to discover.

This house is amazing! The kids and I absolutely loved it, this is our favorite neighborhood in Franklin and the kids had such a great time trick-or-treating! The house has plenty of room for everyone, everything that you could ask for in a home! Defense and backyard was great for the kids and the back deck was amazing! We will definitely stay here again! The host went above and beyond, exceeded our expectations for sure!

Had a great stay, plenty of room for our family. Great location, nice neighborhood pretty close to historic downtown. Kitchen well stocked, nice big backyard. The guys enjoyed the downstairs and playing pool.

This was an excellent house for my needs. Everything we needed was available for us. The only bad thing was we lost internet service for the last 2 days. Leaving us to use our cellular data and gave no access to the televisions

The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. It was way more spacious than it appeared in the listing. Perfect location, high end towels, bedding, kitchenware, and toiletries. Just amazing! I highly recommend.

Nice, clean property. We had a wedding in Spring Hill and this location was in between Nashville and the wedding venue. Franklin is such a fun town, will be back!

We had business downtown but wanted to stay somewhere more quiet. The convention center was less than 30 minutes but the area was much nicer than a downtown hotel. Worked great for us.

This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The house totally lived up to the description. Location was close to everything we needed. Loved the extra amenities ( body wash, shampoo, Q-tips, makeup remover pad, plenty of dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc). The link to an app that was sent the day of our arrival was excellent. It was helpful and answered all the questions you might have about the property The hosts were quick about responding to questions as well. While we were a group of all adults, this property would be great for kids too. We would recommend this house for any group.

The location was wonderful and so close to downtown Franklin yet a very quiet residential street. It was still very convienant to downtown Nashville. My kids loved the games room and t playing pool.

First off I’m a comfort guy. The beds were all Tempur-pedic memory foam. All three king-size beds were the same which is always nice so that way we weren’t fighting over who has the most comfortable bed, we all had one! (I didn’t check the fourth kids room, but they were happy). Seriously the softest towels that i’ve ever had touch my skin. Most places cheap out on those things and I was glad that they did not. The neighborhood is a nice safe area and it was great for my morning and evening walks. Plenty of room for the family and the backyard with the playground was a huge hit with the kids. They kept them entertained in between the activities we had planned. If we come back to the Franklin in Nashville area, we will definitely stay here again. Host communication skills were strong. Well done!

Very nice house and beautiful neighborhood. Really close to Franklin. My granddaughters loved playing in the backyard. Would recommend this to anyone. Great Stay!

Property was nice. The yard needed to be detailed. Didn't like that the limbs rubbed along side my truck every time we entered and exited the property. Also the master bedroom bed has a cheap frame supporting the memory. It brokethe first night. Over all it iwas nice

Franklin was a great halfway point to meet up with our adult aged kids. It was great we could all have king beds, and the house has several places to hang out together...the pool table in the basement with music on the tv is a great example. Our kids were so comfortable, they requested we bring dinner in, instead of leaving. Thanks!

We all met up to celebrate a birthday. The house was fantastic. It had a fun vibe that added to celebratory mood. There was space enough for 5 adults and 2 children. The location was perfect. Would definitely recommend this rental to others.
