The location was perfect for quick access to the pool and the beach right behind it. We could go back and forth from pool/beach for a bathroom visit or water refill with ease. The pool was listed as “adult only” on the sign but it was largely populated with families with young children so I think it is something that the residents graciously allow. The pickleball courts and playground were a 5 min walk behind our place. Our host was beyond helpful and wonderful. Responses were immediate and suggestions were plentiful and helpful. The information pdf provided was thorough and super helpful for all things from transportation options to how to navigate a day pass for one of the water parks. We have recommended this location to several friends and shared the link with them. - we would definitely return. Thanks Mike and Lisa!

Fantastic location, responsive host, clean and affordable, incredibly well-stocked (so many items for the kids, cleaning supplies, toiletries, beach/pool, you name it!). We would come back again hands down!

Really nice stay

Spent a week with family. Townhouse was lovely. Loved the beach and pool. We rented a car so location not an issue. Pink octopus and marine cafe were both good. As far as supplies, more blankets and a couple of beach chairs would be nice. The beach club has some crazy rules about their beach chairs. They wanted 3 day minimum for everyone in your party. Had to pass on that. We rented a jet ski on the beach and that was fun. Mike very responsive. We would like to go back.

Week Away in Palm Cay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful town homes of Palm Cay. A breathtaking unobstructed view of the crystal clear waters with a beachfront deck made every morning magical. The provided beach towels, paddle board, kayak, tennis rackets, and outdoor seating ensured that no time was wasted enjoying fun in the sun. Perfect balance of privacy and relaxation while not being to far from authentic Bahamian cuisine and culture. Highly recommend experiencing the Bahamas through a stay at the town homes of Palm Cay.

Great House and Beach

We had an amazing stay at Lisa and Mike’s place. Communication in advance of the trip was excellent and the house/location guide with referrals made the trip much smoother. The only downside to the place is that the area is far from restaurants and downtown activities. We used a reliable taxi service with car seats to take 3 trips downtown still. The property and beach were super clean and quiet. We loved letting our young kids run on the beach and play outside without worrying about crowds.

Granger away

Palm cay is a sweet property with a few amenities -snack shop and restaurant -the beach club is pretty and the ocean is Atlantic side pretty with more waves than the calmer side Caribbean -we were there for a family reunion -we loved Cheryl taxis and went into town for all our dinners -note the property is far from everything but we were okay with it! The only comment I would say was a bummer is the unit had no beach chairs or umbrella for the beach In front of us -we went to the beach club every day -towel service was uneven -we loved the privacy and quiet for reading and family time ! The pink octopus was too expensive for the quality of the food. Better to venture off campus or cook!
