"Bad experience — would not return. I checked in on Thursday and was told that housekeeping would be done every other day. My check-out was on Monday, and our room was never cleaned the entire stay. Out of those 4 days, they only changed our towels once. It’s very frustrating when they tell you one thing and do not follow through. Honestly, housekeeping should be done daily, especially considering this is not a cheap hotel and it’s part of the Marriott chain. I had never stayed at a hotel before where housekeeping was not provided, but if you tell guests it will be every other day, then at least keep your word. We will never come back. The front desk staff was also very apathetic. After checking out, while leaving the parking lot, I remembered that I had left my rings in the bathroom, so I went back and asked them to open the room for me. The receptionist asked housekeeping to let me in, and the housekeeper rolled her eyes at me as if I was bothering her too much. No employee has ever rolled their eyes at me before. We asked very politely. Overall, a very bad experience."
