“The exterior of the building was disappointing at first look though parking was great, lots of space , our room was spacious and suitable for a disabled person, lots of bars in the bathroom for safety though we are able bodied. The room was clean and bed was comfortable it even had an ironing board. The staff were very friendly and gave help on places to visit . We will visit again.”

“A place with so much potential but a bizarre experience. Everything in the room - curtains, cushions, carpet - seemed new and very promising but the attention and service that should have accompanied that good start was non-existent. At no point during our stay did we meet our hosts or any staff apart from bar staff who, although very pleasant, showed no sign of knowing that we were guests staying in the 'ghostly' property where, once the bar was shut, we felt like we were the only, and not very...

“Although the room was on the small side it was adequate with the added bonus of a sea view. All staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of food at breakfast as well as food being served all day if required.”

“The hotel is basically unmanned and the room was very small. The checkout was also very early at 10.00 am. ”

“It is very compact but the space is adequate. There’s very little storage space in the bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped (though no cafetière) but not well laid out. That being said it’s comfortable - especially the sofa. It’s also well placed in Cemaes for easy access to the high street / beach and car parking is about 100m away. The patio is a lovely sun trap. ”

“Property was stunning and would definitely recommend. The host was fabulous and sent information well in advance and offered any advice or input if we needed whist at the property. Really stunning property and a lot of thought and care has gone into making it a lovely get away home .”

“Just great. The house was thoughtfully kitted out with everything you might need during your stay. Four spacious bedrooms, living room with an open fire, sunny boot room just off the kitchen, ample hot water, central heating and cosy lighting throughout. The house was so close to the coastal path with many pubs, restaurants, fish and chips within a short drive. We would definitely visit again.”

“The property is lovely, but to be honest the area really isnt the best,there could some communications on where you can park, where the rubbish and recycling bins are. I did try to contact someone about these things but had no reply.”

“Good location within walking distance of the small village centre, beach, and golf course. The property was a good space with what you need. Bed was comfortable and the place was warm. Cleanliness was an issue, there were still hairs in the bathtub. The shower head holder also did not stay in place which made it difficult to take showers without spraying water everywhere. One toilet roll provided for a week is a bit tight. Overall, would've been a nice space if more attention and care was given...
