“We arrived at Beachview (condo 216) this past Sunday and were fortunate the owners (Connie & John) happened to be on-site and let us check-in early. Both were very helpful in explaining everything about the condo and answered all our questions about the area, where to eat, what to do, etc. They were extremely helpful . Although the place is a bit older, it was one of the cleanest places we ever stayed. It was just impressive and we certainly would return. ”

“This property was adorable! Loved the decor, so colorful and beachy. The location was absolutely perfect, short walk to the wildness of the gulf or the calm serene of the sound. Gorgeous views, always a breeze when we were there. We cooked our own food for 3 of the nights and we had everything we needed. Quite a few of the lights or fans didn't really work and there were some dishes that were dirty when we pulled them out but not a big deal. Did see one cockroach, but honestly that wasn't a huge...

“everything was fine other than the unacceptable hot water heater. Literally not more than two people could shower and when they showered, it was only lukewarm water. On the last day of the trip, I tried to take a bath two hours after everyone else had showered, and I still was only able to get 4 inches of lukewarm water before it got freezing cold.
