Beautiful place with a great, fairly central location right on the beach. Its a fairly large 2 bedroom with big rooms. There was just 2 of us and we never felt like we were tripping over each other.The building itself is a little old without a lobby. This unit has been remodeled and is quite lovely. The building has a very small gym. It was too early in the year to use the pool or beach service.We had no issues and we would definitely stay here again.

Condo was nice but very poorly managed

We arrived on Wednesday to a parking lot and walkways covered in ice. We stayed one night but left the next morning due to the dangerous conditions.We returned on Saturday after the ice had melted. Unfortunately, we were awakened early on Sunday morning to the sound of hammer drills and saws as construction workers extracted the sliding glass doors from the unit above us. We were forced to leave again due to the excessive noise. We returned that evening after the construction crews had left. We had hoped to take a walk down the beach the next morning but found that all beach access had been cutoff due to the dredging operation. It would have been nice if the management had thought to move us to another room and advised us that beach access was going to be cutoff. While the condo was very nice, the management was very poor.

Wonderful Time With Sister

This property was AWESOME!!Very clean, perfect view, excellent covered parking, kitchen was well equipped, lots of puzzles and games, great decor, large washer and dryer, Vacasa Rental staff were very nice to work with.Highly recommend this condo. Real close to restaurants, shopping, Destin and of course the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation is a great place to visit. Can’t say enough positive things about this condo.

Perfect for us

This place is beautiful and cozy. Very well appointed with all the gadgets one might need. We loved the huge balcony with plenty of comfortable seating for all of us. Our family of 2 adults and 4 children were very happy there. Would stay again!

Beautiful beach location!

Beach is magnificent, view from condo and outdoor patio space was great. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The only improvement I could suggest is some updating in bathrooms. We would definitely stay again.

Great place

Very spacious. Well equipped with the things you need in the kitchen. Really nice set up. We loved the condo! But… Housekeeping came in the condo the day before we were supposed to check out. A little frustrating but they made a mistake. Then on our day of checking out they came in the condo before normal checkout time and then again an hour later. We told them we had a late check out. It didn’t leave me with a sense of security!

A Wonderful Week Away!

This is our second visit to Regency 305, and it is the perfect vacation destination for us! The condo is clean and cozy. And with views of the waves, the pier, the sunrise and the sunset, it simply can't be beat! The beach is clean, and shells were abundant! And visiting in November means that it is still warm during the day, and crowds are minimal. Our visit to the British Pedlar was definitely a highlight for my husband! Just a short drive from the condo, we bought tea, jam, and hand pies. And it was fun to just browse all things British! We truly enjoy Navarre and hope to return again soon!

Absolutely love it!!!

The condo was fantastic. Everything was clean and comfortable and we had no issues at all. The view was amazing. The pool is great. My teenagers had the best time. We definitely plan on staying here again.

Lovely property with everything you need for a wonderful stay ! This unit was large, very clean and had an amazing view! Beds were comfortable and the decor was so inviting! Even had a basket of throw blankets in case you got a little chill . Bring your coffee filters for the Mr Coffee and what you like for cocktails and you will be set ! Husband and I had a great stay !

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved this place. We are already talking about booking it for next year. It was the perfect size and location on the beach. It had great parking, elevator and fantastic view of the Gulf. It was clean, but for the price, it should have been cleaner. We found food under a chair in the living room, popsicle stick under dining room table, brown “stuff” all over the floor of the deck and a hair on the guest room toilet. Again, we LOVED this place and will be back…I just wish that the cleaning crew did a better job.
