The room was fine. The management company was as the absolute WORST. No parking passes were available, even tho we were told we needed them (management company didn’t respond). Smoke detector chirped (management company didn’t respond), so we had to go get a battery and replace, just to sleep. We weren’t given a code to access the pool/beach (management company didn’t respond. Management company then messaged us about a late checkout, we replied that we would like that, then they DECLINED the late checkout offer. Then the electronic door beeped all night and we had to cover in towels to sleep. This isn’t on the unit or owner, but I’d NEVER book another experience with Avari!

I stayed here for about a week with my husband for our honeymoon. It was a beautiful place and has very convenient amenities. I appreciated the starter pack with soap and paper towels. The view was amazing and I loved the close proximity to the pier and beach. However the washing machine seemed dirty as the spot for detergent smelled like mildew and I did not feel comfortable doing laundry. Also, the smoke alarm battery charge and went out for 2 nights and it beeped very lovely. It took a day for maintenance to come change the batteries, and then when it was changed, the other one went out. All in all it was beautiful, with only a few things that were left wanting. Would stay here again.

Beautiful property

This property was beautiful and upgraded. It definitely met our expectations and we would stay here again. The only thing that it needed was blackout curtains in the bedroom!

Perfect 6th floor renovated modern condo

Stayed at Summerwind many times during our 50 years at Navarre. Loved the modern furniture, large tv, balcony rocking chairs, and the 6th floor view of the pier & beach. Our only suggestion is to replace the noisy crackling sound mattress cover. Replace it with a pad or something that doesn't make that plastic sound. We will rent that condo again during our next Navarre trip.

Great place!

The condo was so perfect for our family of four. The kitchen updates were so nice. The condo was super clean. The view is amazing. Great location, walking distance to three restaurants that are all really good food and a really good vibe. There was even beach Karaoke and the band on two different nights that was so fun You could hear the band and the Peary singing karaoke from the balcony Our two girls made tons of friends that week because it’s Super family-friendly We are talking about coming back next year Only downfall we had was the Wi-Fi wouldn’t work the only TV that was working living room TV and I called and talked to somebody on the phone and we couldn’t do it over the phone so she was supposed To send somebody out, but they never came, but sidenote it ended up being a blessing in disguise because our kids weren’t on their screens and we all were hanging out together so much and it was actually ended up being better

Beach stay

Nice clean convenient and comfortable. Bit pricey compared to similar units. Wi fi didn't work and I didn't want to spend my vacation time hassling with media com to get it fixed. Seems like that should be owners/management headache not the paying guests.

Unbearable noise

The condo itself was clean and above average as far as amenities and overall setup. What made this condo unbearable and not a future choice is a loud motor sound coming from inside the ceiling above the bathroom. I tried several ways to remedy this but it would constantly turn back on about every 20 minutes and would stay on for 15 minutes at a time. It was a loud humming noise that vibrated the entire living room to where you could not sleep. Trying reach Management in the early evening turned into a 1 hour wait on the phone only to have someone tell me that they would open up a ticket on the situation. I was contacting the next day about the issue which was really pointless considering we already were unable to sleep that night. This doesn't seem to be an easy fix and from Reading prior reviews, seems to be a recurring problem. This rental company needs to advise people who rent this particular room of that situation. Upon speaking with their management I was not offered any concession other than an apology. Never again
